I ordered a cake and the day i picked it up the icing was cracking all over the cake, it was the wrong color and the design was wrong.it was supposed to be a heart shaped cake and it wasn’t! The whole thing was sloppy and ruined the birthday surprise.

The past few years the service and product presentation have gone down hill. They refused to put the requested color frosting on the cake because they didn't want to make a new batch in one case. In another we received our cake still in the pan. The sides did not having any frosting. No cookies in the case. Very disappointing compared to the years of great products we have enjoyed before.

First and foremost, “WOW! ” The cookies were unbelievable as well as the service. I came in after really stressful morning, just trying to clear my mind. I was greeted by I believe his name was Sean, he recommended a sticky bun for my son, and I’ll you what, we’re coming back for more. It’s the little things in life sometimes, and thank you Roy’s, and thank you Sean.

I wanted a cake at the last minute. I ordered at 9: 00 a.m. In the morning and was able to receive my cake at 1: 00 p.m. It was gorgeous and so delicious. I used to live in Williamsport and always loved these vanilla cakes with vanilla icing. I haven't had one in probably 15 to 20 years and this was just as delicious as I ever remember it being, maybe even more so. The decorating was so amazing for such a short notice! We always get our birthday cakes from Roy's. And often pick up some cookies or something else from the case too. Yummy!

I have been a customer since I was a child. The cakes and cookies bring back cherished memories.

For as long as I can remember my pop pop would buy a Roy’s bakery cake for every single birthday, it was a tradition. Even while deployed overseas, my father sent me a cake for my birthday… granted it came as a giant ball of icing and cake, but it was delicious nonetheless. I will forever buy a Roy’s bakery cake for any momentous occasion in my life or my families lives. If you love cake (and who doesn’t), then I would highly suggest buying a cake or some sugar cookies. You will never be disappointed!

My husband has continued the tradition by buying cakes for all occasions. The most recent cake he bought was for the birth of our daughter and it’s the largest cake they offer.

Cookies are pretty good, but absolutely drenched in sugar. They are an acquired taste. Haven't tried anything else.

This adorable bakery is home to one of the best cupcakes I have ever had, even better than the famous Magnolia cupcakes in New York. Perfect cake, perfect frosting.

This will now be a regular stop every time I pass through Williamsport.

My family and I have been enjoying their cookies and cakes for years. Gary has introduced donuts and other new treats over the past few months. Delicious! One of my all-time favorite places.

Smile cookies taste was good but way too much sugar coating! You could hardly see the smile! A little less colored sugar would be much better!
