We bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator there. The service was knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was fast and professional. The prices were affordable. We will be shopping there again for more appliances!

My husband and I have bought appliances from Rozman brothers over the last 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Their inventory is fantastic, their prices are comparable to the bigger stores, and their service goes above and beyond. If you have small children, don’t shy away from taking them in with you as they even have a small play area for them to play, too. We recently needed to purchase a new washer, and I expected we would head over to Rozman Brothers to take a look. My husband decided to go ahead and order one from Costco to save us the trip to look at one. Well, after promising a delivery date, it was changed suddenly to a week later, and that did not work for us. My husband went to Rozman Brothers after work, picked out the same washer which was the same price, and they were able to deliver it the next day for free & took away our old washer. Time to catch up on laundry!

I would recommend Rozman to anyone searching for appliances during this shortage. If you are looking you know what I am talking about.
They found what we needed when others couldn’t and showed it up when they said it would.
I am a business owner and can appreciate the challenges of this pandemic, while still working to provide great products and services for customers.

Rozman Brothers makes the appliance buying process painless. We've replaced most of the appliances in our kitchen since we bought our house 5 years ago. Today our new upright freezer was delivered. Nice appliances and prices reasonable but they don't delivery where I live and I'm within a 50 mile radius

Nice fellow here but is very persistent on selling not actually what you are looking for. Everything has a 50% markup.

This place has incredible customer service and they really know there products and listened to us, to get the best fit for us.we went in to buy a stove and bought more. Over all it was a great experience all around. Thank you Will and his dad. We will be back soon.

They didn't have the right part but referred me to V&V Appliance Parts who did have it!

We bought our stove and microwave there today and our salesmans name was matt. He did a phenomenal job with us today. He was very understanding and accommodating with us in the buying process. He was also very friendly. 10 out of 10 for customer service and sales. Ill definitely be sending customers your way.

Im a contractor and i purchased a dishwasher for one client, and a 10 cu ft refrigerator for another from this company recently. The dishwasher was having problems I hooked up, they sent their tech out to see whats the problem was. He found it to be clogged drain line. I asked to pay for his time, he said no, hes filing it with Whirlpool warranty under a different code, so I didnt have to pay, and they got paid. The refrigerator was delivered. The guys delivering it puts dents, knocked chunks of paint off the front, and the sides got all scrapped up. I called in, and they initially told me its an even trade because the guy fixed the dishwasher drain and I didnt have to pay him. Even though the tech said its paid for by whirlpool, and I offered to pay for his time. Then they decided to offer me touch up paint. So I got a 10 cu ft dent and scratch refrigerator, for $600. No deduction in price of coarse. I went in today and told the tech that came out for the dishwasher repair, that he knew I offered to pay, and that he told me and the client, that it was being filed under warranty work. He response, whatever. I buy a lot of appliances. Never paid that kind of money before, and be treated that way. Buyer beware of this business.

Great place! I love this sort of locally owned store. Rozmans features top of the line appliances and furniture. I especially appreciate their appliance knowledge. I was helped by Rozman himself (when is the last time Mr. Lowes came out to help you?). Every 10 or so years, my favorite Microwave goes kablowie and I always look up the current replacement model and Rozman miraculously allways has it. This time, it was not in the store, but they were able to get it to their store by 10 AM the next morning!

My husband and I went into Rozman Bros to look for a used refrigerator. We worked with Will and he was knowledgeable and thorough. I am not fond of pushy sales people and so I was thrilled that Will was not that kind of salesperson.
Went in for a used refrigerator and walked out with that and a new washer and dryer!
They are awesome to work with and it is great to support a local business!

The man was really nice and asked us if we needed help. I wish they had a larger selection but they have what they have.

When it was time for my husband and I to replace our dishwasher, both of our families suggested we first visit Rozman Bros. I am so glad we took that advice. Not only did we get an amazing dishwasher with all of the features we wanted, but we felt pricing was fair and sales staff went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. We will 100% be coming back here for our next large appliance purchase. Highly recommend!

If you want to buy any appliances buy it from them. Don't even second guess it just go and buy it from them. We had a bad experience had homedopo. We went to them they handle everything. There guys came and were super nice and did everything for us they even made sure all the things were out of the oven before they left.

I won't shop anywhere else for my appliances and furniture. Family owned from Steelton for decades and made in America. They will match anyone's price. Simply The best around.
