RPM Small Engine Repair

I've used RPM twice in 2014 and 2020 for my tractor and hand mower. Free pick-up and delivery, repairs done in 3-4 days, prices very good and all repairs done. Don't understand the other bad reviews?

RPM fixed my Troy-Bilt Bronco. They not only got it to start, but the replaced the oil & air filters, the celanoid, the spark plug and sharpened the blades. It now runs better than it ever did before. And they picked it and brought it back within a week!

Had our machine for 2 1/2 months, along with a deposit. Would not return phone calls about when machine would be ready. Told owner we would get machine and wanted deposit back. Refused to refund deposit and did NOT fix machine. Very poor customer service and indignant attitude. 0 stars for this poorly run business.

Quick turn around and reasonably priced. Local pick up and delivery of your equipment. Can't beat it.

I wouldn't trust Les with anything.
Don't do the work you ask for and charges for work not done and not required

This jokerLes picked up my trimmer in May and it’s still not back and now he won’t even return my calls and threatened me with texts, told me how he was in prison and that I didn’t scare him and all I did was question him as to the status of my trimmer, and get this, he offered to sell me one

Repaired my snow blower, offered pick up and delivery service which was a must for me. When he picked up the blower, he explained it would be a couple of weeks before he would get to it.given it was summer and lawn mowers were the hot repair item. After 2 months the repairs were completed; the unit works great. I got a bill that I felt was fair and reasonable. If I have any small engine issues, I would go back again.

Very good service done on my lawn mower. Work was done professionally and the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place! Friendly atmosphere too. I also have him fix my friend's snow thrower.

Good service, honest prices, excellent customer service. They can also pick up and drop off your mower/blower/go-kart.

Wow, I called to try to get an estimate to tune up my snow thrower, and the guy refused to talk to me unless I gave him my full life history and identity! He yelled at me, "I am not talking to you till I know exactly who you are and where you're from! " Of course, all one needs is a name to address me by, if all I am asking for is a service quote! Weird guy, no thanks!

RPM handles all my small engine repair. Work is top notch and handled in a timely manner. I recommend RPM highly!
