Honestly, don’t go with the company. My honeymoon was in July and I just thought about posting a review now. We missed the first day because for whatever reason I didn’t have a confirmed booking. Our flight there and return was completely messed up. Had to pay for extra hotels because we didn’t have a flight. Didn’t get reimbursed for anything. Until I disputed things. Even though I was emailed confirmations. Things go wrong in the travel industry all the time. Airlines mess up hotels, mess up. If they took efforts to rectify the situation and did anything good from a customer service standpoint, I would’ve given them five stars. They did not even apologize or own up to their wrong doings. They only made things worse. Especially Adrienne.
Once we started to put the situation in our own hands to resolve. That’s when things got better. Everything they touched and tried to fix and do only made things worse. There’s so many other more established, reputable, travel, agencies out there. You will be shooting yourself in the foot if you go with this company.
