4 All i needed was atenolol and omeprazole. I simply needed a pcp. I had a three month wait for my first appointment then sent home the first two times. The third time they said my insurance (Medicare and medicaid) came up as zero when it works at the pharmacy and other doctors. I was given the option to pay $125 but I’m not going to pay it because I have insurance! Now I don't have meds or a pcp. Thanks Dr. Rubenstein for wasting my time! Why keep making appointments with me if you don't want to be my doctor or don't accept my insurance? The senselessness is astounding.

First visit, she listens takes a interest in her patients, wasn't rushed!
TOTAL FRAUD. They overbook so you sit in the office forever waiting and when the Dr sees you she just wants to reorder prescriptions and kick you out the door. You're treated like cattle. Scripts never get called in and they claim the pharmacy is always lying, they called em in, which creates trouble at the pharmacy each time. Had to BEG for a blood work referral and then chase my own results down for a month now a month later I had an appt set for tomorrow and they call me up to cancel for an entire extra month! They want me to come in September to get treated for dangerously low blood levels. Already filed reports with UPMC and Medicaid. Oh and Jody's excuse about the lab results- you guessed it. "it's the labs fault not ours, they never sent your results.well I went down there and they showed me the fax copies. They were sent TWICE.

Well this will just be the 50th time we will have to disagree then because I am about to trash y'all in every online review I can find. People need to know the truth about what kinda scam you're running over there. Bully your other patients. Im not backing down on this one. Y'all screwed me over huge and everyone is going to know about it.
