I was helped by Regan today and could not be more pleased, She unraveled a balled up mess that FOUR trips to pendot in Harrisburg could not seem to solve. They are a bit expensive, but well worth it compared to dealing with the arrogant bureaucrats at pendot. Thank You Regan!

Stopped by Runkles for a title transfer. Reagan was assisting us. She was efficient, fast, friendly, and a great example of customer service. I’d come back to Runkles for all notary needs because of Reagan!

I went in today to have some important documents faxed and notarized. Regan assisted me, and went above and beyond. She was courteous and didnt laugh at my many questions.

Been waiting 90 days to get antique tag registration for my car. Paid Runkles for courier service. Still do not have registration & no one at Runkles Red Lion location can give us any information on the status. Registration & inspection have now run out, & we can not drive the car! Contact @ Runkles does not even have a phone nume for Pendot. We have never experienced this POOR level of customerservice. DO

I was in Runkles on Friday June 9 th & I was lucky to have Brady help me! He was extremely informative & gave me all the information I needed. I then went to Glenn Burnie MVA on 6/12 & took care of what I had to & thank goodness Brady told me what to expect to the best of his knowledge of MDs tag & title information. Came straight back to Runkels & I was Xtra happy to see that Brady was going to help me out again! What a pleasant young man he is! Brady was helpful, caring, patient & didn't rush me out the door like he didn't want to be bothered like I've been treated before, Brady greeted me with a smile & I left with a smile from him & I most definitely had a smile because of the extent customer service I was given by Brady! Thank you Brady again & keep up the good work.

Great service.easy transfer car title and tags, took about 15 mins from walk in to walk out. Very convenient and soooo much better than heading out to dmv
