Had a old shingle roof that needed to be replaced. Mike Stefani assessed and also placed a patch on a spot that could have caused potential issues, before the Russell team would be on site to do the scheduled work. The work was completed quite quickly and with any hiccups. The roof looks great and the best part about the roof is their warranty they provide for their product.

Having a skylight in my house was a long-time goal, but the kind of thing I usually never act on, so actually getting one installed was an uncharacteristically big move for me that could easily have been a debacle. The Russell team made it an easy process, though, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Travis, the project manager, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made the buying process easy, and the whole team were capable and professional. I can definitely see myself using Russell's services again down the line.

Our family home was in need of a new roof, I worked with Vince Cirino who came out to the house and walked my wife and I through the process. He understood what we needed and he gave us his background and what product would work best for our home. Working with Vince was a pleasure and his company jumped right on the ordering the product and setting up for the installation.

Installation day could not have gone any smoother with a great crew that was onsite and kept the yard safe and clean for my kids and dogs. During a recent summer storm with high winds, we lost a number of shingles on our roof. I contacted Jeff from Russell roofing and he arranged for fast roofing repair. The repairs were made promptly before the next forecasted storms. The shingle matched our roof and we did not experience water damage. I will use Russell roofing for additional repairs and for a replacement roof in a few years. Keep up the service and quality work.

Russell Roofing Installed a roof vent in the attic above our bathroom so that the Exhaust Fan would vent outside rather than cause mold to collect in the attic. We had previously removed the mold with a mixture of Clorox & water. The workmen cut through the roof, installed the roof vent and connected it to the Exhaust Fan. They left no mess, did not take much time to complete the work and the vent looks great. We are very satisfied with the work they did and highly recommend them.

Very professional service, they always want to do the best for the homeowner, they will even disagree with the customer, sometimes at the cost of loosing the business, to do something that will not be beneficial in the long run, and in the process give up their own short term gain.

Russell Roofing is always very professional in their approach and interaction with the customer and their workmanship is consistently outstanding. They are the only Roofing company we will ever use for our home in West Philly.

Guys who came out to do the work were clean, courteous and professional. My only "complaint" is that Russell Roofing has left it's sign on my lawn over a month after the work was completed. I didn't mind it for an extra week or two, but if has gone on far too long. Otherwise a good job.
