Russo's Pizzeria, Summit Hill PA

NEVER AGAIN! I have done business with russos pizzeria for years. But lately service has not been the same not sure what's happening. We ordered food at 4: 45 and they said it will be there soon. Haha at 6: 00 called to ask where my delivery was. They said he left at 5: 30 at 6: 30 I called and they had No clue were there delivery person was just said he should be there soon. Finally at 6: 50 delivery person shows up with ICE-COLD food and wanted me to pay and take the cold food which I told him you are joking if you think I'm paying for food that was ICE-COLD And arrived over 2 hrs after ordered and over 1hr after pizzeria said delivery person left the shop. They lost a long time customer. If you like being lied to and eating cold food they this is the place for you.

Good pizza when they want to, bad customer service. As much as you order from here these people do not care of their errors and loyalty of customers. If u want good pizza but bad service come here

There pizza was gross the crust was hard. The pizza was burnt. It was bad. I will never order from them again. This is the pizza we went back. The second one was just as bad.

Ordered crispy wings, came out perfect, guy at the counter who I’m assuming was the owner was very friendly, hard to find a place with good wings anymore

Picked up a pizza at the end of our camping trip to mauch Chunk Lake.great food and reasonable prices across the menu.will be going back next time we are up that way.

Closed on Mondays for what? It’s literally the first day of the week LOL. Every time I order from here the food is burnt, so it’s not like they work hard enough to even deserve a day off, anyway. I went in the store and ordered food once and it came out not bad, likely because I was there in the flesh. That’s pretty sad if you ask me

Stopped in for few slices after the lunch hour. I like thin pizza and they hit the mark. I didn’t order a fresh pie, if I did I’d ask for it to be cooked a little longer to crisp up the crust. Otherwise, great slices.

The three stars is for the greasy, grimy, skeevy condiments containers. Wipe them down once in while. Jeez.

Just became my new favorite local pizza place! 4 large pies for the price of three everywhere else? ! AND they deliver? ! Not to mention the pizza itself. It's not leaking grease every time I take a bite, and the thin undercrust, while sliiiiightly overdone, isn't soaked through with grease and has a rather pleasant slightly tougher texture. And their extra cheese actually means extra cheese. Good job!

Always get from from this place and it's good tonight the food was terrible I got 3 chicken finger platters chicken was fried in old oil had a horrible taste and fries were soggy waste of 30 bucks

My husband is from New York so he's picky about pizza. This earned his stamp of approval, which we weren't expecting out in the middle of nowhere, PA. The rice balls are great, the pizza was a nice thin crust but not crispy in the way you don't want, and whatever marinara they use is REALLY good. A+ coming back here OFTEN.

I have been getting from Russo’s since I moved here around 6 or so years ago. They have always been great. Went to a couple different places but always came back to Russo’s. The food is always excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly especially the delivery drivers and they are fast. I ordered a decent size meal and they were here in half an hour. Food hot and fresh. Honestly the best and fastest pizza place around here. Worth every penny. Absolutely love this place!

First time ordering from here. Very happy I did. Food was fresh and delicious. Great job! Will def be using again

I only give them 4 stars due to the fact that I only have been their 1 time and got to try their pizza and wings but for those 2 that I tried they were pretty good I would give them that last star if I was able to try all the food and the place was alittle bigger they have maybe 50 seats if that but overall I liked it

Mom and pop local pizza place. The type where the food reputation is what it stands on. I only had two slices. They were fantastic. The customer service was nice. Clean. Very affordable. Nice place.
