Employee was cramping and went out of the bathroom without washing his hand in this pandemic and he's the cashier

I don't know what it is with their kitchen but they are super slow I waited 15 minutes for a three piece chicken tender this isn't the first time either their bathrooms definitely need attention as well

I stopped here on my way traveling and felt the need to post a review because this was literally one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in. Thank you for working hard on keeping the restroom clean. It smelled like roses ands the sink water was the perfect temperature.

Knew I should have just went to wawa. I ordered a basic sandwich.after I ordered it I realized in was $14.00. I didn't know you could spend $14 on a gas station sandwich. I though oh well. 20 minutes go by and I realize the lady is Just starting to make my sandwich. And that point I just canceled it. The coffee station here is poorly set up (I still dont get why wawa is the only place that knows how to make an intelligently design coffee station. This place is super slow, ridiculously priced, and has a poor lay out.bother? Go

It's easy to tell when someone is new, they're a little slow and unsure where some things are located. Fully understandable. When the new person has an issue finding something, ask where it's located, still can't find it and then the senior employee gets the item. You think problem solved. No, she got it for him, let him make it and then tells him he got the wrong kind, acting like it's his fault when she's the one that got the wrong kind of chili. It's chili, let him finish. She wants to redo the entire order. After 20 minutes, I'm not waiting another 20 minutes so she can feel in charge. Thank you to the cashier for the prompt refund. April 3rd, around 6pm.

I ordered chicken strips & mac bites, It takes roughly 4 minutes to air fry my ordered. I stood waiting while people who came in and ordered after me were getting their food. After about 15 minutes I ask for a refund. I could have gone to WAWA in that time period.

Food takes to long to make. Literally four people waiting and two people making the food. Shouldn’t take that long to make a 2 clubs and a quesadilla. WAWA is better. People at check out have no customer service skills. Oh wait now they have three people making food but still waiting.why does it take so long?

Only 2 words are needed to describe the kitchen staff. EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. The cook looks at the screen with new orders and rolls his eyes, slowly plods around looks like he needs a fix. I’ll take my business up the street to Sheetz.

Been by this place hundreds of times but this is my first time ever stopping here. Love the self ordering kiosk, my food was up ready very promptly and everything was fantastic. This place reminds me alot of the Speedways up in this Area

Stopped at store 2: 45 AM 9/18/18. Ordered 2 LARGE chilis. Got home and containers were each half full! Paid for 2 but got one. Other then that place is good.

Fried pickles are great! Very clean bathrooms. Nice employees. The pizza is pretty good as well.

Ordered and Italian with lettuce and onion. I only got onion. How am I supposed to eat a hoagie without lettuce? Learn how to read an order please.

Wawa usually has cheaper gas a little bit down the Rt. 61, but it is usually very clean. Includes a walk-in beer freezer with a large selection. The food isn't the best for the money spent.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here on one occasion. Tried it again and stood in line for about 8 minutes trying to check out, I was the second person in line.
It's a shame these stores have put their smaller competitors out of business.

Convenient store with lots of items to choose from. Gas and diesel prices are comparable with the area.

First and last time in this store. Very clean, nice selection, great staff. Hair in my food. Will not return.

Ordered 3 tacos with double meat and a side of jalapeno poppers. Got 2 cold tacos with barely any meat and cold poppers because they ran out of meat and had to heat more for the 3rd taco. So I spent almost $13 on ONE TACO MADE CORRECTLY. I didnt want to make a scene so I took my order#588 and left. This is my first and last time patronizing Rutters.

Great food and service. I go in there once a week around 4am and food is always fresh. They definitely have some decent wings as well.

Awesome convenience store with great and unique food items! I had the crab cake sliders and they were great! Also has a walk-in beer cooler and a seating area. Much better than Sheetz and just as good as Wawa.
