RV Value Mart, Bath PA

My wife and I were shopping for a toy hauler. Found one they had that fit our needs. I specifically asked if there were any additional charges or fees they did not let me know about the reconditioning charge for used vehicle. In addition to that when we filled out a credit application, they are finance manager ran our credit six different times. We were already preapproved through a different lender. I was just shopping to see if their rates were any better. Can’t believe a company. The size does not use a service that only allows you to hit someone’s credit one time and send it out to multiple lenders.

This is the second camper I have bought from Rv value mart and I will always buy from them. We went to the Hershey rv show and found the best sales lady, we told her what lay out we liked and she took us to all the camper they offer with that lay out. We narrowed them down and as we did she answered all of our questions and made the whole process very smooth and easy. The day of pick up and paperwork went very smoothly as well! I will be recommending this place to my family and friends when they want a new camper!

Ann was so amazing! She has over 20 years of experience and she was very accommodating. She knew what questions to ask and very easy to talk to and personable. She was not pushy and addressed all of our questions and concerns without it feeling rushed like other places. It was a very nice experience and we highly recommended it around the resort and campground we frequent. It was a very nice experience and when we left we felt very comfortable and confident in our choices.

We just bought our camper from this place. Wonderful experience. Will post update once we receive camper. Chad, the sales guy, was very nice and not pushy. The company listened to our needs and stayed within budget.

My grandparents purchased a 2023 Forest River Riverstone Legacy 10/13/23, it is now 10/19/23 and the wall is cracked, the stairs aren't flush with the floor, cabinets won't close, cabinets aren't flush with the ceiling. They called and were told it's not their problem, that they need to call the manufacturer. Very disappointed in the dealership and the professionalism that is non existent here. Especially for my grandfather who served for our country!

Purchased a destination trailer in November 22. When delivered the guy dropped the trailer about a foot and a half to the ground. Also the fan was broken from when the dealer closed the slides. In March I contacted there dealer and was told mobile would start in May and the parts were being ordered. The kitchen faucet was leaking (which should have been noticed when winterized pink all over counter from faucet). The battery would not charge which cost me $228 and propane regulator was leaking $145. I have not been reimbursed for either even though they said the regulator was from when the trailer was dropped. It was nor until July that they gave me a date of August 18th for service which included a factory recall. I stopped at the dealer and made a stink on Tuesday and all of a sudden they were there that Friday. All was taken care of and the service individual was excellent. The only positive. I have been camping since 1997 and have owned many trailers from multiple dealers. I will never deal with or recommend RV Value Mart to anybody. I have called a number of times on the regulator and left messages with the operations manager and crickets.

RV Value Mart provided a fair trade-in for my travel trailer, and a good discount on a new RV.
Excellent support: I had at least 8 people from sales, tech, management, and finance working with me, answering questions and solving issues to make delivery really smooth. I never felt rushed or pressured, I got all my questions answered and issues, resolved, and was impressed by their depth of their knowledge.

Bought our first travel trailer here! They have a great team all very helpful and knowledgeable. Shales with Chad, paper work with Allen, phone calls for financing with Junior and our walk through with Shayla all around great experience!

We were very happy and pleased with our saleswoman Ann. She was very pleasant and I was able to joke around which made us feel more comfortable. She helped me with any questions I had. She was also honest and didn't lie like other rv dealerships and no hidden fee's, which helped us make our decision which was a lot. We will be coming back when we are ready to upgrade, and we will be dealing with Ann again.

Very Abset with Value Mart Inc, they check my Rv then tell me is cost $2400 the repair, them my friend check the problem, all needed to do is to reset…now working! Not recomend this place!

My husband and I are very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this company. We recently bought a new RV and the day it was as delivered our power did not work later to find out, after several calls to get someone to help and correct problem, that the battery was hooked up wrong causing fuses to burn out. Professional skilled people should work on these RV’s and before delivery everything should be checked to confirm it is in good working condition and safe. After it was resolved, we contacted the company to see if we can be compensated for our stress, upset, loss of food and time for something that should not have happened. We have called several times since and haven’t heard back from anyone. We will not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed
