Waited all day for package, no notification, no corresponded, nothing.was advised package was tried to delivered and no one home. We were home all day, and no one came.thanks for the update

Honest Review.

My Peloton was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, 12/5 between 3: 30PM and 6: 30PM. I received an email that it was running late, which was totally fine. I work in logistics, so I understand. An hour after the delivery window had passed, around 7: 30PM, I called in for an update. The rep I spoke with from RXO stated she would send a message in to find out where the delivery was at and get an update. Around 8: 15PM I called in again, this time I needed to know where the truck was, if it was not about to be at my home within seconds, it needed to be r/s as I have children and could allow a delivery in my home at that time. I asked to speak with a supervisor because this rep couldn't be of assistance either. The "supervisor" I was passed a long to also could not offer any insight. He said he would send a message to see where the truck was. I had let him know at that point, no one would be coming into my home at 8: 30PM and needed it r/s. He said that couldn't happen until they returned to the warehouse with my item. I told him that was unacceptable. He then proceed to just say "have a great night", and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. At the end of that day, I still had no idea where an item I paid a hefty amount for was.

I reached out to Peloton the next day and when they tried to get me rescheduled with RXO, they were told it would be another week and a half until they would get out to me. Which again, unacceptable. You have my product. You didn't show up when you were scheduled. I should have been placed on the schedule the following day.

The only time I was able to get any assistance, was once I wrote a one start review for RXO. I received a phone call almost immediately. They apologized for what had happened and were happy to get me rescheduled within the next day. The situation is unfortunate, as the Senior Specialist I was dealing with, Thomas Wright, was very helpful and very kind.

I highly suggest using a better after hours company or only schedule during your normal business hours as you can clearly tell they are not your normal staff and do not care about the customers or your company when you have to call in.

We were very pleased with the service. The guys called us about a half hour before arriving, carried our big, heavy box, and were polite and helpful.

More than pleased with this delivery. From the multiple notifications to the narrowing down the ETA to the phone call 30 minutes out. Gentlemen were very professional and helpful!

Rxo employees did a great job hanging my Samsung Frame TV. They were professional, efficient, and extremely courteous. They gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate the TV and went over different functions. They removed all the garbage when the job was complete. All took under 2 hours.

The scheduling process was easy and online. When there was a problem delivering it they let me know to reschedule. The young men were polite and prompt. Overall great job

Every single time I schedule a delivery they postpone it at the last minute. Was supposed to have an item delivered last Friday that was delayed due to "truck issues, " and they didn't tell me until less than 2 hours before the delivery window. All this after they confirmed my delivery time. Rescheduled for the next week and guess what? Night before it gets delayed again. Same thing happened with another delivery in the spring. I am will avoidn RXO at all costs going forward! Beginning to think they lost my item.

Zero stars. Confirmed delivery on Thursday night for Friday refrigerator delivery. Friday afternoon they called to say they were not in fact going to be delivering it today.rescheduling for the following week at their convenience. Costs me a days pay, besides having emptied the old fridge and turning the water off in the house to accommodate new fridge installation, and they couldn’t be bothered to resolve the issue they created. They don’t care that it costs me an additional days pay to now take off work again, and just hope that they actually honor the next delivery date that THEY chose. If you have a choice for your delivery provider, RXO should be your absolute last choice. Their customer service is subpar at best, and they DO NOT CARE about leaving their customers to clean up the messes they create. This is not a professional logistics company, as they told me, they only have 1 truck, so if something happens to that 1 truck, your items aren’t getting delivered. They also apparently only have 1 supervisor who isn’t available to help deal with customer issues that they have caused.customers beware! Your cousin Bobby’s friend with the pickup truck is probably a better option than RXO.

Received a Costco furniture delivery via RXO. Had some difficulty scheduling, but after a few calls to Costco and RXO our original promised delivery date was honored. Delivery personnel, Rinaldo and Juan, were OUTSTANDING! Very customer service oriented and professional. Handled setup with care and removed shipping boxes.

Exceptional experience all around. Pre-delivery communication with ETA. Call and texts 30 mins in advance. Very polite gentleman. Definitely 5 star service. ️️️️️

I am very pleased with RXO. They kept me updated through the whole shipping process, the driver was very nice and was very careful with our delivery.

Worst freight service ever! Ordered a TV from Amazon and scheduled delivery was Friday, August 18. Signed up for tracking updates and got a text message stating that someone would contact us 30 minutes prior to the delivery to coordinate. All the sudden got a notification saying “delivery attempted”. First off, it wasn’t attempted! After contacting support they stated that the drivers GPS was showing 2 locations, they had no cell service, so they left. I can get right to my house with maps and the address was 100% correct on my end. If the driver would’ve contacted me 30 minutes prior as he was supposed too there wouldn’t have been an issue. I could’ve told him the correct location in the GPS. After waiting all weekend long and getting a text today I try to reschedule the delivery and it won’t let me select a day! So now I have to call… No apology, no sympathy, just pretty much saying oh well, you’re screwed and we can’t deliver your order until Friday September 8 because they only are in my area on Fridays! So now I call Amazon and Amazon support calls RXO to figure this out and get our order delivered. RXO tells Amazon they are only in our area on Wednesday and it can’t be delivered until September 6! What a crock this company! I don’t even know how a freight service is in business and they can’t even find a simple address. Mind you that at the end of my street are mailboxes with huge numbers on EVERY mailbox! All in all, it was a huge run around without any apologies from the company and no attempt to make it right. They should have offered to get it delivered to use the next day or at the very least a few days, not this nonsense! Now I sit with a cancelled order that was ordered on August 10 and waiting for a refund because a freight service can’t do their job correctly nor did they provide a lick of customer service! All this could’ve been avoided if they would’ve followed protocol and contacted the customer 30 minutes before the delivery… Why wouldn’t you contact the customer when they obviously know where they live?

If I could give no stars, I would. They were supposed to deliver a mattress to me. They've had it for weeks. They were supposed to deliver it, but said they couldn't until a week later. Apparently, they are only in my area once a week. What professional company does this?
