Dr Baek is an amazing dentist he is kind he is gentle his professional the office is absolutely immaculate his wife Katie is very sweet I would highly recommend this office to anyone thank you Dr Baek for doing an amazing job I am very very happy Cyndi Balin

I highly recommend this dentist. The staff is friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They are very thorough in their procedure as well as their follow up. Seeing that I had a rather urgent issue, they took time out of their day, that very day, to do the procedure as well as ease my anxiety during the procedure. They took the time to explain what the problem was, how they planned on fixing the problem, and even showed videos on what the procedure consisted of. Following the procedure, they made sure that the medication I was prescribed was working well. Also, the facility is clean and has top of the line equipment. Very pleased with the dental work.

My father Charles L. Loves Dr. Bazk who he states” I have been to many dentist over the years but never have I met one like Dr. Ryan Bazk. He is professional and is extremely focused on what he is doing on his patients to make everything perfect and makes his patients feel comfortable at all times. Dr. Bazk thoroughly explains everything he’s going to do before he starts any of his work along with working closely with his staff. Katie is so incredibly nice, helpful and pleasant every time I walk in the office and or call. I can’t say enough about this office highly recommend this office to everyone.

Refused care because I had state insurance. Also I'm pretty sure they only treat Koreans, because I was white I was not even able to get a cleaning. First time ever I step into a dental office and get no work done whatsoever.

My 18 year old son with developmental delays saw Dr. Baek for the first time. He needed a root canal. My son does not like going to the dentist so I wasn't sure how he would do with such a long and uncomfortable procedure. Dr. Baek did a great job. My son had no complaints about pain and was in a good mood when we left. The office does not have a dental hygienist which is disappointing. I'm glad we were able to find a patient dentist that works well with my son.

Horrible service and so rude to Korean. Even though doctor is Korean.

Typical Korean arrogant dentist, do not come here if you want your teeth fixed or have any other problems with your teeth.

I won't give them any star since I had a very bad experience today with them. I have a pain in the left side of my mouth and he refused to help! The only thing that he said "I don't know and go see another doctor! " By the way I am not a new patient but this is the last time I'll go there. He did not even spend time to see what would cause this discomfort or pain. Never seen a doctor that denies to help a patient. In addition, I have some cavities but he didn't want to remove them he said " I don't wanna do it" when I ask why he said "oh you need to see what cause this discomfort first" and he gave me the number of UPENN to call them and have them treat my pain. At that point I realized why he treated me like this and now you probably know the reason as well! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Really disappointed

Exceptional dental work and service. Had a tooth infection that spread which was concerning. Was looking around in panic cause I did not know that dental infection can be a dangerous situation. Through a recommendation from my family's prior experience, was not able to make an appointment but walked in and Dr. Baek took me in for emergency and took care of me that same day! Very professional and very nice and clean office.

I just switched from another dentist and I feel lucky that I found Doctor Baek. He and his office were kind, competent and gentle. I can't think of anything more to ask of from a dentist.

I was blessed to have found Dr Baek when I did. I thought I needed a tooth extraction, Dr Baek was able to save the tooth. He's been my favorite family dentist every since. For emergencies and routine visits, I can't go anywhere else for care.

This dentist is amazing! They were so kind and patient with my anxiety and the X-rays went by incredibly fast and were very thorough in their explanations to me! Overall a wonderful experience!

So I’ve had more then my share of traumatizing experiences sitting in the dentist’s chair in my 45 years, but it wasn’t until I happened upon Dr. Baek by pure chance that I finally felt comfortable for the 1st time in my life. Dr. Baek not only took the time to hear all my concerns, but made sure to address every last one of them. After doing so, he went over the different treatment options laying everything out up on the tv screen so I could visually see how things would happen, and which option would be best for the health and longevity of my teeth. Katie at the front desk doing the scheduling and billing couldn’t be nicer, or more understanding. They both listen to their patients and address their concerns in a very caring way, but I completely feel like I hit lottery finding Dr. Baek. Being able to sit in the dentist chair without being gassed or squirming in pain is a blessing. I no longer have anxiety over having to go see the dentist, and I truly never thought I would see that day. I definitely recommend Dr. Baek if you’re in the market for a new dentist, or if god for bid you need an emergency appointment.

These people are so nice and do such professional work it is great! If I have a problem they will bend over backwards to make sure that you do not have pain and they will see you anytime what a great place to get work done on your mouth no pain with lots of care and the best prices around love them too!

I had recently been treated by Dr Baek for extractions.bone grafting and a partial denture. My results are awsome! I can't stop smiling and don't have to.thanks to Dr Baek (and Katie)

First time using this Dental practice and have to say after going to the Dentist for several years I have found Dr Baek to be one of the best Dentist I have encountered. He was extremely thorough in my first meeting to go over everything going on with my teeth and gums and did some root canal and crown work and I am extremely pleased in the way it turned out! Katie who also works there is wonderful too and she makes sure the front end of this operation runs smoothly! I can’ say enough about this practice but to say you are in great hands with Dr Baek and Katie. They are both so genuine/caring, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I will highly recommend this practice to anyone:)

Dr. Baek and Katie are excellent. They are especially tolerant and wonderful with very difficult, challenged patient's. Will recommend him to all in need.
