I’ve been renting trucks at this location for about a year now for my moving company and the experience has been excellent. I previously had an account with penske and was fed up with showing up when I had a reservation only to find they had no truck for me, or getting a truck with mechanical issues, or opening the back to find it was filled with dirt/trash from the previous customer and was never cleaned.
At the Ryder bluegrass rd location things are the complete opposite. I call into the office to make a reservation, show up and the truck is ready for me with no issues.
I definitely feel like my business is valued whenever I call in and speak with Eric, Nick or Bert who go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to start renting at this location.

The initial contact was informative, clearly spoken and easy to understand.
The pricing was competitive and the selection very good. Picking up the truck was easy and efficient with only a few minutes wait time. The truck was in excellent condition and clean and I was very glad to see the Ryder representative take photographs of the truck before I departed with it.
We rented from them several times w zero issues, this truck had +138,000 miles, dents, dingoes, cigarette burns marks etc. We ask the customer service person, as before, d"you go over it and Mark defects? " Yes. Ok Off we go. Return the truck and I'm slammed w a $1,005 REPAIR. They claim damage on the side was my doing even though there's RUST inside the cut mark.they claim my fault. NO ONE at Ryder has ever done a walk around before renting which would have solved this. The truck, is OLD and to add insult some big 6'5" 25O lb guy comes out from the back and tries to muscle us on the way out. I am deeply offended. In the end they reduced my damage cost to $500 plus rental cost. GO OVER THE TRUCK BEFORE YOU RENT IT and take photos, would have saved me $500
