They were supposed to help with my credit but instead of helping it made my credit worse. I got dropped by the wayside and they never followed up after my many calls and emails to find out what was going on. They took the first couple months payments but (thankfully) nothing after that even after I called and asked about it. I would say don't trust any of these agencies that are supposed to help with credit card debt.

If I could put no star I would. DO NOT USE THIS firm for a debt consolidation. They DO NOT do anything but get you sued. Then tell you that is just the way it goes. I wished I had read their reviews before hiring them. I asked for a refund and they say they do not refund because services were rendered. That is a joke. The are keeping my money and did not do anything!

Absolutely awful! After a year and a few months of paying out $350 a month I called to move a draft payment to 2.weeks later and they said that was all good. 2 weeks came around and they drafted leaving me -. Kicked me out of the program nothing settled pd in $4000 and saying no refund

This law firm is practicing deceit, not debt relief. They do not represent their customers interests. They are very unprofessional, shady and downright underhanded. They are not to be trusted they pretend, as if they are working to free the customer from ongoing debt and to improve their credit report score which none of that ever happens. I have been trying to reach this company for several months since I signed up with them, because my credit score has been constantly going down by. They will always avoid your calls, and when someone does callback you will be Over to Alex Olson, who works in the retention department to only persuade you to keep paying them and once you inform them that you realize they are fraudulently representing a debt relief company. They immediately tell you that they will go ahead and close out your case Alex promise that my case will be close out, and that I will be receiving a refund because my experience was very poor, and I am not a satisfy customer. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau because of them my.in my bank, accounts and credit card accounts have been closed out with me, owing even more than I started out with at all cost please avoid this company. Greed is their motivation!

I had a very upsetting experience with the debt relief department. The man I talked with was vey rude. Do not use this company.

Had quite the unpleasant experience with this debt resolution team. First of all, I couldn’t even get anyone to schedule a welcome call with me. Then when I called, emailed, and texted for almost 2 weeks with no response, I said I wanted to cancel. Then they called back. At this point, I was incredibly frustrated and the representative had the nerve to ask me “why are you allowing yourself to get so upset? ” what? ! Seriously? !
My call was transferred to the Dir of Escalation, Alex Olson and he promised if I agreed to continue, my experience would be better. I told him that I wasn't sure but he kept pushing. I told him that I had to go because I was at work and he tried to keep me on the phone and get my to agree to continue. When I said I would decide tomorrow when I spoke with my account manager, he said. “that’s fine, why don’t we just cancel you…People like you wouldn’t do well in this program anyway. ”
Do not give these guys the time of day. My guess is that the service would be as poor as the communication so RUN before they take your money!

Not really sure how the attorneys are didn't really deal with them. The representatives, or whoever they are, are some of the most relentless people I've ever come across. Didn't want to do their debt resolution, but that didn't want to take no for an answer. Avoid them at all cost. This review does not reflect the attorneys.

DO NOT hire him. He will disappear for months, no respond to calls or emails and hen will settle your case for a low ball amount without any consultation with you. He is geting one star but deserves none. The reviewis requiring a minimum of one star.

Exemplary. I’ve dealt with major property damage in my home. Uncountable headaches between my home insurance and I before I put things into Mr. Gallant’s hands. Scott, Thank you, thank you, thank you! With out you and your tremendous staff, I’d still be going in circles. 10/10, would highly recommend.
