For what I was told not a good place to work for my friend was fired for no given reason terrible company to work for the said part is I know how my buddy works he’s a hard worker they lost one good guy for sure I had to give my two. Cents in this because I was this guys manager and his work ethic was beyond great.

Safari Contract Cleaners used to be a good company to work for. When I worked for them the first time back in 2020, I had an excellent experience and I loved my job. The second time I worked for them starting this year, I could definitely see that the company went downhill. Management is the big issue, once they decide they don’t like you that’s it, they won’t stop until they get rid of you. They will make up lies and try to get rid of you any way that is possible. That is exactly what happened to my husband. He also worked for the company. I haven’t had too many issues with them, but they have done nothing but treat my husband like complete garbage. At some point, Jen and Josh decided they didn’t like my husband (even though he did absolutely nothing to them), then suddenly my husband was treated like trash. It’s pretty bad when they suspended my husband from working at his accounts and couldn’t even give him a clear answer as to why. It sounds pretty suspicious to me. If he really did something so terrible, I’m sure they would have told him exactly what he did. As soon as he would try to get a clear answer suddenly they didn’t want to talk to him. Sounds to me like they are just making up lies to get rid of him. They didn’t even give him a warning or anything before this suspension. I’m pretty sure if an employee is doing something so terrible, shouldn’t they be given a warning first so they can correct what they are doing wrong? It was all a very strange situation that made zero sense. Also, as soon as Jen and Josh decided they didn’t like my husband suddenly the one account he had been cleaning for nearly 2 years began complaining about him non-stop. That’s quite funny to me seeing that they loved his work up until that point. After the recent events of this “suspension, ” I’m pretty suspicious of these complaints too. Honestly, I’m suspicious of the entire company, they won’t even let my husband speak with the president of the company which is extremely odd. I’m glad my husband and I no longer work for them, I’m sure they are quite glad my husband left since they were trying everything they could to get rid of him. We both decided to leave the company after what happened, why work for a company who doesn’t care at all about their employees and has questionable management? If you work for Safari Contract Cleaners, beware because if at any point Jen or Josh decide they don’t like you, that’s pretty much it for you and you won’t be working for the company much longer.
