So far so good. The staff was great and went far and beyond to help me. I have plans on doing business with them for a while. If you tell them what you need stored, they'll tell you the size.

Terry at the Rhawn location in Philadelphia was super helpful in helping my mother in law to close out my storage. I've been a customer for 14 years and am still in California so I no longer need the unit. But I am a satisfied customer.

The storage staff and manger address a concerns we had promptly. This storage facility is safe and well maintained.

Called safeguard to speak to a manager because something I ordered was delivered there a was told that I needed to take it up with whom I placed my order with. I would be careful placing anything that belongs to me here if they can take something as simple as a food order that was delivered to the wrong place knowing they didn’t order then god only knows what else they would take.

Mr. Johnson is very knowledgeable. His explanation of policies and procedures is easy to understand.

Great facility with easy access to units. Clean, safe environment that I would recommend. Manager TJ is very helpful friendly.

Our cashier Terry was awesome. He made sure we got the size storage unit we came in for. He also explained in detail how everything worked so we would have a complete understanding. Great experience!

Stopped in earlier today to see if we could get a small storage unit. Terry helped us. He was nice, professional and helpful. He walked us to our unit, showed us how to open and lock it and gave us the run down on how to get in and use the keys and codes. Great experience. Awesome customer service.which is very hard to come by now in day so it's much appreciated when we get good service.

Great customer service, the association was extremely accommodating and gave us a few different deals to pick from. Showed us exactly how to work everything and explained everything promptly. Thank you for your services.

First, the staff and facility itself are great. They’re always friendly and the place is clean and safe. But, after 12 years as a customer, my monthly went from $200 to $330 in about 1 1/2 years. That’s just outrageous, considering I started at $127. It was cheaper to spend $2000 on long overdue shelving than to keep the unit. You’ll be pricing yourself out of business if you’re not careful.
