Great service. Only thing is a window of opportunity between 12-5 is a bit much, especially for having only one vehicle, 2 working adults, and school aged children to provide transportation for.

The best thing about a busted windshield is getting to meet the amazing Safelite staff. Top rate service. So pleased with my new windshield and even happier with my new wipers. Great job!

Had my windshield replaced on Saturday 10/15/22.windshield wipers would not turn on. Now I'm at a subaru dealership having my vehicle fixed since it was damaged during the windshield installation and unable to speak to the store directly to see how this can be reimbursed. Lost a day of work, and another $250 for damage they caused.

Online booking tool was great, the staff was friendly, and the service was super fast and well done (just over an hour to replace my windshield). They explained everything very well and didn't try to talk me into anything extra. Plus, insurance covered the entire expense! Hopefully I don't get any more cracks any time soon, but if I do, I know where to go!

I spent like 15 minutes trying to get a hold of somebody and simply couldn't. Every time I called and got press one for this department press two for that department every single option ended with use the website

Go see Carl, he took of everything for me got me in and out quickly as possible and his staff did a GREAT job! I highly recommend!

The service here is phenomenal- I was given an incorrect quote on my windshield that was far less than what my glass actually costs. This local office got me down as close to that quote as possible even though they had to eat the cost. Respect for that customer service.

Had to reschedule due ro rain. They came to where I worked and replaced windshield in my car while it was in the parking lot. But they didn't leave me a piece of glass with my inspection sticker on it, so I had to have my vehicle reinspected. A representative was rude to my husband and hung up on him when he called to ask about the matter.

Said they had my glass but they DIDN'T have my glass! Wasted trip! Never again! Went someplace else and got fixed up the NEXT day!

I had to stop off at Safelite because I like the things that they do they installed windshield windshield wipers for me I bought a set of windshield wipers they install them for me so far I like the place if you need a windshield pretty reasonable with their prices they will come out to where you're at so if you ever have a cracked windshield or broken windshield give them a call

Got an online quote to replace my windshield. Quote was about 310. Scheduled an appointment and the confirmation email had the price bumped up to almost 440. Called Ryan's auto glass and got quoted and scheduled at $315 firm. Where does safelite need that extra $125? That's not a small difference in these economic times.

Edit: "applicable fees" should be included in the quote. And it still doesn't explain why you're so much more expensive for the same service. Just had my windshield fixed at Ryan's at exactly the price they quoted plus tax. No tricks, hidden fees or excuses. Do better.

Accessible. Straightforward, pleasant. Helpful staff. Accessible via phone. Went through eSurance, so mileage may vary. But, very positive on SafeLite's end.

Misunderstanding on the price at first but they got done with my rear passenger window quickly.

Not happy with Safelite, in several phone calls before the windshield replacement I stressed REPEATEDLY that I wanted a Gorilla glass windshield, never was I told that I was not getting that. I take time off from work to show up and find out that it's NOT Gorilla glass and I was NEVER contacted beforehand to be told that I wasn't getting it and the person there apparently was clueless about Gorilla glass and told me that it's not an option on JL Wranglers which was total bull, it's so much an option that you can order your Wrangler to be built with Gorilla glass windshields from the factory which makes them an OEM replacement. I've had several people on the JLWRANGLERFORUMS. COM tell me that they've had Gorilla glass windshield replacements through Safelite so basically I've been lied to. After complaining to my insurance agent she put me in touch with Three Rivers Auto Glass that day and the very next morning I took off work again to this time have my windshield replaced with a Gorilla glass windshield by Three Rivers Auto Glass. My insurance agent/broker told me that they're not recommending Safelite to their customers and instead are going to recommend Three Rivers Auto Glass
