Great service. Took a little less than an hour for a full windshield replacement. Waiting room was clean with a few refreshments. No wait time to speak with the person at the desk and they were all just friendly. Hopefully I won’t be back but if I need to I’ll be here

Rarely give 5 stars but have to give it to this crew. They did a great job in well under the original time estimate kept the car clean and were very pleasant. Great Job Guys

They’re so great! They got my car in earlier than scheduled and I was in and out of the store in under an hour. Every staff member was professional and helpful. If anything ever happens to my windshield again, I know exactly where I’m going!

They were able to satisfy my request for OEM windshield without any issues. It took a while (ten days) to deliver it but this is expected.

Can not get a hold of anyone here. When you call it's a computer that avoids at all cost to get you to a person.

Called three times now. Automated system is so inept that I was repeatedly hung up on by the courteous and incompetent robot.

Price was higher than a competitive glass company and we were surprised and confused as to why the inspection sticker was not to be replaced onto new windshield as came off previous one? Only reason 4 rather than 5stars

Steven came June 20th 2022 to change my broken windshield. He did a good job, works fast and is a very nice person, polite as well. Thank you Steven
Before and after picture I might have rated the wrong safelite maybe he's from Pittston idk he came to Tobyhanna to replace it.but either way I would recommend safelite

I'm impressed with the quickness of the job. I made the appointment for a Saturday, but my real glass started to crumble Wednesday. I called their office and the said to come in. They took me in and did the job quickly.

I commend the tech for doing the work so expediently and professionally. Best part of all-unlike the previous glass company I contacted, nobody felt threatened.

This is the second time I've had my front window done. The first time I had a star chip sealed, the second time I had a big crash and it was replaced with a new window.

I was told that the crack will still be able to see after they seal and it was it's a eye sore for me so I took to dealership to have fix correctly

Worst phone service possible. Can’t get in touch with a live person regardless of what option you choose, and then it just hangs up on you. Do better.

Not too happy. Tech was nice and knowledgeable but that's where it stops. I gave everything on website including my vin # and they took my car apart and found they had wrong windshield with them. I never got an apology or choice of new installation date but got a message in email that said new tech was on his way to my house! I was no where near home. Still don't have windshield. It's been over a week.

I was referred by Geico for windshield replacement. First tech left my car a mess with molding damaged and not connected to the car in several places. Second tech came out and reattached the damaged molding, he said the car was 10 yes old and molding is dry, I accepted this as fair enough, although I was never informed that this would happen. A few days later I realized my remote start antenna on the windshield was broken during the replacement of the windshield. I brought it to the shop that installed it and it was not repairable and I had to replace it, which I did. Safelite did not stand behind its warranty and would not reimburse for the new antenna and remote which cost $312.00. The manager at the store, Dave, was very rude, and apparently he decided I was a liar. I have reached out to the district manager to no avail. Be advised, they do not stand behind their work, let alone the terrible customer service. UPDATE: This standard response is a bunch of bologna, I have contacted Safelite numerous times over several weeks and they keep telling me the district manager will look into this and call me back, I was told this several times, and this never happened, you are not sorry and do not care. Stop the nonsense.
