12 I went over speak with customer service about options, next day took like 1/2 hour, windshield look

The staff was relatively kind, definitely professional, however if you promise that a job will be done in less than an hour it would probably behoove you to follow through on it
Actually waiting on the parts it seems to be a little longer than expected tell me about me to have my car towed over by Nationwide and let it sit in there at their shop until the glass install so my car will get impounded also I see that the side window plastic must have came off with the rain and they without even knowing they just did it nicely take up the window with classic and all great service great place great people
Service was good and the people were very nice.
They explained the work and procedures in detail and were very helpful.
Worst customer service they had my VIN number so they should have known my car had rain sensor. They showed up the day of install with the wrong windshield. They reordered and then the day they were to come they called to say they didn’t receive the windshield. They said they would call Tuesday to reschedule. Tuesday came and went so I called and this time I agreed to bring the car in for an appointment. I arrive drop off the car then I get a call to be told the new windshield had damage and they were calling to see if I want to see it and still like it installed? Why would I replace a damaged windshield with a damaged windshield? I asked them why they would not check their product before a customer comes in to save them the frustration and the answer was we only get them in the morning. So why didn’t you check for damage and call to advise me to not waste my time coming in when you received it this morning? Or maybe you didn’t? Sounds like that would be good customer service! So I tell them I am done with using them and I will go elsewhere and the service was unacceptable. The guy I talked to on the phone brings the car around and I go outside to get in and I can’t use my key fob to unlock the door. I go back in and said someone did something my key fob isn’t working. He comes out and does something I didn’t see what and magically it works again. Not sure if that was intentional or not. I am sure as long as things go smooth for this location people have seem to have a good experience but when things go sideways they don’t know how to effectively handle it. You are a service company so saying I’m sorry for the inconvenience, not offering a damaged product, offering a resolution that is acceptable, and saying we should have been more prepared would have gone a long way. Instead I am now taking my business elsewhere. When you pay for a service you shouldn’t have to worry about making a decision that wouldn’t be acceptable to anyone.
Let me tell you something this place was so polite and professional we went to find out how much it would cost for the back window of are minivan to be replaced it was shattered. And they immediately had a guy come out and seal up are back window with out us even booking an appointment wow talk about customer service they were so polite and professional this was on a Tuesday morning and they didn't have any openings until the following Tuesday but honestly they were so polite we made an appointment and had it done the gentlemen at the counter was so nice and the crash wrap they put on was so good it never even budged the whole week. I can definitely say we will be using them from now on. The only recommendation I would say is definitely book on line and Chek fro promotion codes initially it was 500+ if we booked with the shop but I went out side and did it on my phone and it was like 350 with a promotion code. I am so grateful for the guys at this location they were so friendly and had it finished in under an hr I definitely recommend this place for any car window replacement.
Take your buisness elsewhere. To another safelite or another provider. Called to reschedule and even the customer service representative said they had multiple calls and complaints about this location.
Absolutely insane customer service. I had my car window smashed into, and was super nervous to think of how long I’d be out of a vehicle to have the repair completed. I reached out to Safelite on a Wednesday, and they had their mobile truck out to my car literally the next morning. Their tech was really friendly, and had my window repaired within one hour. I own a business - that level of speed and custom service is absolutely inspiring. I’m still shocked that the repair has already been completed.
I see you respond here. I have submitted a ton of requests for a quote. Why are you not responding? !? ! I guess I’ll continue to submit for a quote.
(update) I sent multiple emails and tried calling. I filled out the "contact us' on your site, no one will respond. Why?
Originally they received the wrong window. The proper window was received quickly. Installation was A+. I waited in a very comfortable waiting room. Less than an hour and my 2004 Scion had a new back window.
Fast service. In and out in less then 1 and a half hours. They did all the insurance info prior to my appt and sent me a text with exact amount I would owe including my deductible.
Dropped it off in the morning, they had it taken care of and ready to drive much quicker than I anticipated, thanks!
