2Completely messed up my trim when replacing my window and of course didn’t bother to tell me.
Took my car to get windshield fixed, they somehow installed the wrong windshield. My mirror wasn't fitting right. I took it back and they seem like they fixed it again. A month later I wake up and my entire mirror is just hanging with wires coming out. Now, Anytime I try to call the store (or any of their stores in my area) I get one of those automated robot answering machines that ask you to speak your option instead of typing otion 1,2,3 etc.and it's not even that good of a system, it interrupts me midway through saying "customer service" and tells me it has trouble understanding what I'm saying, mind you I speak English. One of their options asks you to say "I have issues with previous repair" which I did say and it seemed like it was going to transfer me to someone, however disappointingly it rings 3 times then says "sorry we were not able to take your call". Go somewhere were you can actually speak with customer service and not just some annoying robot. My mirror is still hanging off and im just gonna drive there and ask them to fix it.
