***UPDATE***
I had to replace another windshield on a different vehicle. The process went much better this time. I did take the initiative and removed my dash cam and pulled the wires back away from the glass. I will say over the phone when setting up an appointment they push hard to get you to buy their wipers. I explained that I just purchased new wipers within the last month and they kept pushing. I kept declining until they dropped it. I agree wipers should be new on a new windshield but the ones I had were less than a month old. The wipers are out of pocket anyways and not included with windshield replacement covered by insurance.

***Original Review***
I had to replace a windshield and the tech showed up on time and did the repair but cut through a wire for my dashcam, cut the windshield washer hose and lost a piece of my car. I called to complain and they had me bring my car to the shop where they fixed a couple issues but said they would order me a new cable and the piece for my car. I have never heard back. I called and left a message and still no call back. Terrible experience.

I called for windshield replacement on my Ford Explorer and was offered the option for remote service at my home, so of course I chose that. Replacement went fine except then I was told they could not recalibrate the front camera outside of the shop, and I had to bring it in "any time" for that service, which should only take about 20 minutes. So I did.and was told it would be about an 1.5 hour wait. OR to bring it back one morning at 8am and it should only take about 20-30 minutes. So now I have to go back for a 3rd time, early in the morning, which is not a convenient option for me either.

If they had told me when I scheduled that my service could not be completed at my home, I would have just arranged to drop it off at the shop one day and had it completely taken care of. They knew the make and model of my car, not sure why they couldn't have told me this when I made the appointment.

The service provided by them was excellent. I showed up for my appointment. They asked me if I was going to wait or drop it off. I asked how long it would be, they said probably 90 minutes or less. I decided I would come back. 85 minutes later I got their call that it was completed.
When I picked it up the tech went over all the pertinent details, he was polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions.

I went to get my windshield replaced and recalibrated at the Fairless Hills location and I couldn’t expect anything better. The staff was amazing and my technician Harrison did an amazing job. And let’s not forget that i was out within a hour and a half, i couldn’t be any happier with my experience there.

Don't come, You're wasting money and time here.
The windshield of my car was changed twice in one week.
The first time the windshield was with a factory defect.
Then they changed it a second time, but the rain sensor stopped working.
Today I went in for the fourth time. To fix this problem, you don’t know how to make a rain sensor. Why are you advertising?

Tom was the greatest blessing of a team member I have seen in any industry. Not only did Tom come to my residence in New Jersey but Tom already knew the rain was coming shortly and suggested I visit his location in Fairless Hills, PA. When I arrived the same day Tom expeditiously replaced my windshield and went over and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and care. Please give Tom a promotion to regional liason of customer excellence so he may show the world how to deliver excellence with Safelite. Thank you Tom you made my day!

Called three times spent over a 45 min got hung up by automated system three times. System bosting have it will save you time all i needed was to talk to a reprehensive and get a quote not spend 5min answering questions only to get disconnected and repeat the process two more time with same result. What ever happened to good old customer service a a person can assist you. I called 4 other place and got quotes in less time that i spent not getting a quote from safelite.

I have cancer. The reason I say this is I had to wait 21/2 hours for the police in the rain. The people who broke my window dropped their wallet and left some of their tools. I wanted to protect these items. Any way I called Safelite to ask them to come to my location to change the glass. This is what they advertise. They couldn't do that. Their men didn't like getting wet. Yes.folks. Their little princesses will melt in the rain. So I had to drive from Philly to Fairless hills. Unless you want to get peeved.don't go there and they are over priced big time.

Awesome staff that’s very customer service friendly. It seems as if the staff gets along and genuinely cares for the customers. The staff is very upfront and tells the customers of any risks.

I’ll definitely use Safelite again.

There are too many inconsistencies and opinions. One tech wanted to fix it, and the other said it doesn't need to be fixed. Horrible customer service. No corporate office.

They have a training facility here for auto glass starting employees. We also have an auto glass repair facility to have your windshield or car glass or repaired

2/18/2023 - Troy was an absolute professional. He introduced himself as the one who would be replacing the windshield on my vehicle. He gave me an approximate length of time for the job and kept true to that.approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Troy was courteous and very kind. Also, the gentleman at the front desk was really helpful. The whole experience there went well, thank GOD. The new windshield looks great! I would recommend Safelite as Troy

The appointment was booked through my insurance. Shortly after making appointment, someone called from Safelite to confirm and was very nice. They have plenty of seating, maybe about 10 armchairs. The building shares a wall with Jefferson Health which had guest Wi-Fi available with a strong signal. Many people waiting had laptops they were working on. There is a water fountain and keurig machine. I missed the call from the technician when my car was done so he texted me as well. I had the first appointment of the day and then hey said it would be about 2.5 hours for the windshield replacement and recalibration of the safety camera, and I waited just a few minutes more than that. Everyone was nice and professional, and my windshield looks great.

Very happy with my experience and final product outcome.
They were thoroughly knowledgeable about their windshield replacement process and they replaced the windshield on my 2021 Ford Explorer in about an hour or so. They took it in immediately after I dropped it off and handed them my keys.
The replacement came with a lifetime warranty in case anything were to go wrong with the new windshield.
All I had to pay was the deductible from my insurance.
