Used them to have my Mercedes GL550's windshield replaced through insurance. They were professional and very communicative. We dropped the car off the night before and was told it would be done the following day. The job was completed within the time frame they gave me and the job itself seemed to be done well. My issue with them is I spoke to 2 different people the day of the service, letting them know that we would not be able to get to the car before they closed. We have the spare key, so I asked if they could just lock the car and leave the key inside. They told me that wasn't a problem. We got there later on that evening and our vehicle was sitting out front windows down, doors unlocked and key just laying in the cupholder. They could have at least attempted to try and lock my vehicle up. I know Mercedes has safety features they can stop you from locking your key inside your car, but leaving the windows down and all 4 doors unlocked was ridiculous. They're lucky someone didn't steal my car or we would have bigger issues.

Replying to response: Yes, I stated that in my review that it may not have allowed them to fully lock the vehicle, but they could have contacted me to let me know and kept the windows up. Leaving the windows down in unacceptable.

I’ll start by saying it’s pretty hard to swap a windshield if you don’t show up…. Which was the case for me. After calling back to make sure I was still getting the service for what I scheduled, i received a call an hour and 30 mins after the time I was suppose to be seen that no1 was coming. This along with other events of the attempted use for the use of the company Safelite I will not spend a dollar with this company! I would highly suggest no1 else waist your time either!

Brought my SUV for windshield replacement under insurance claim. I asked the techs (all 4 were standing around doing nothing) to replace gasket/moulding under sides of windshield as they typically don’t get replaced by these windshield shops. I brought my own parts for them to use. One tech quickly got impatient and they refused to do the job right.

This is a mill. High volume, low quality work. It’s unfortunate this is the main option used by insurance companies.

Great experience. Dropped our vehicle off and they replaced the windshield and did am amazing job. The best part was thew amount we were originally quoted was more than what we ended up owing.so that was great surprise.

They do great work, the companies warranty policies are fitting for the 3rd party auto industry though. It's been over 7 business days and still no response from their Warranty Department either.

Would have given it 5 stars, but out of the 20 texts/reminders I got about my appointment time, date, etc.not a single mention that my insurance wasn't covering anything until I went into the store.

Took three attempts for a technician to come out with the correct material to fix my car. It took them over a week and three tries. I should charge them for not having a vehicle for 2 weeks because of their inexperience

Never hire Safelite Autoglass, the worst, just the worst. Had a simple rock chip to be repaired in our vehicle, the Tech came to repair and instead cracked the glass. The response from everyone in the company is sorry - these things happen - give us $1000 for replacment glass. Are you kidding! The repair guy cracks it and I need to pay for his mistakes. Their response makes it even worse.
STAY AWARE from Safelite Auto Glass

I booked a “drop off” appointment the day before I needed my car to be serviced. Upon dropping off my vehicle in the morning I let the staff know I had a very important basketball game for my son that afternoon. Despite not having a set appt time, the staff was able to finish with my car with time to spare. I know they had a full schedule that day and still got it done in time and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible service. Was told it would take two hours which turned into four+. They removed my camera and the wires it was connected to inside the mirror box when the camera wasn't even attached to the windshield and also ruined the glue on it.
