Had my windshield replaced in mid-September and 17 days later a rock cracked it. Called the shop and Robin at the desk did everything she could to get me the best repair at a very low cost. Adam was my technician again and he did an outstanding job repairing the chip in my windshield. This place goes above and beyond for their customers and I will recommend them to anyone needing auto glass.

Really great scheduling system! I made the appointment for a repair online. Then sent in pic or two and they confirmed a repair was possible. They took care of the insurance too! Super fast; less than 60 minutes. Great work!

Scheduled appointment, paid one of my employees to sit out there for over an hour only for them to ask to reschedule. We have 10 trucks and I had 3 other windows replaced. They would not even discount any to compensate for time lost I will go elsewhere from now on for better service.

Very poor unacceptable workmanship, Then they handed me my keys and said take care. So I drove straight to the Honda dealership. They could not believe the poor job, so I drove back to Safelite!

Very nice service here! They have drinks and coffee offered as well as a TV to watch while you wait. My windshield replacement only took about 45 minutes and has been flawless since installed. The tech took his time to explain how to care for the new windshield until it dried.

Steven was awesome. He called me in the morning to confirm when he would arrive, showed up on time, and did a really fantastic job on my windshield. He let me watch him work because I was curious to see how replacements are done so I got to learn a lot. He had a great attitude and even swept the floors and cleaned the windows of my car while the primer set! Give this guy a raise!
