Our 5-year old GE dryer stopped working over the weekend. I called Safepro on 8: 30 am on Monday and Jay came at 9: 45 am that morning! I thought there was a problem with the motor and told the customer service the dryer model, so he can have the necessary parts with him. The dryer motor was fine and it only needed a belt. Jay was great to work with and the price was very reasonable. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Our Technician, Val was awesome. He knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer as soon as he opened the top and serviced right away! Can’t be happier!

I have an old oven that stopped broiling. They were able to come out the day after I called, and figured out the problem in about 15 minutes. Once the replacement part was available, he came right away and fixed it promptly. I am so relieved to have a working oven! He was communicative and very professional.

They showed up exactly on time. They were able to get my washer repaired the same day I had requested. I had already had been having troubles for 2 days. So I was very happy that they fit me in to their schedule. Also very efficient and already had the necessary part with him. I wish all businesses ran their business so efficiently and professionally. They came on time. Our tech knew exactly what he was doing and was quickly able to identify the problem. It was an uncommon part and they had to order it and within the week received the part and took about 25 minutes to complete the repair. Quick, respectful, knowledgeable. And most importantly on time. We now have our go-to appliance company!

My oven stopped heating up correctly and the kitchen would fill up with gas. Based on other reviews I contacted a few, and safe pro was able to see me the next day. The technician showed up when they said he would, quickly found the issue and showed me his evidence for why this was the problem, quoted me the price then repaired it quickly (he was initially worried he didn’t have a replacement part on hand but did). Overall we were happy with the service and if we have another oven problem we would contact him again.

Val from safepro just left and did a fantastic job! He was prompt, polite and patient, because I tend to ask a lot of questions. They were closed when I called, and I left a voicemail the night before and their customer service were able to send him out today. He walked me through my dryer - showing me what cause poor air circulation, resulting in the thermostat cycling more often and the close not getting dry.
