The Sage team was incredible to work with in planning our wedding. We had Dana as our coordinator, and she was great to work with!
We chose Sage as we wanted tacos and asian stations at our wedding and they DELIVERED. People commented on the food ALL night and we continue to get compliments! We are so very thankful that we chose to work with Sage!

Our daughter's wedding was on 9/16/23 at Appleford Estate. We started planning 2 years ago with Amanda and I can't recommend her enough. She is kind, informative, patient and just a pleasure to work with. She listens and makes suggestions based on her experience. We found Sage on Appleford's recommended vendor list and we couldn't be happier! Our dinner selections were filet mignon, salmon and butternut squash ravioli. We did a tasting almost 2 years before the event and were blown away. I did have some nerves wondering if the wedding day food would be as delicious as the tasting food since it was so long ago. The food was more than I expected on the wedding day! Guest's comments - "the filet was better than any I've had in a restaurant" "this is the best food I've ever had at a wedding" "the salmon was delicious" "that ravioli! " "the staff were so professional and courteous" "what a staff! They really made a difference in the wedding experience". I can't recommend Sage enough and wish I had another wedding to plan so I could use them again!

I just worked side by side with these amazing people as an employee of a venue. They came in, did all of the work, were respectful, and efficient.
The food was fantastic, and the plating was divine.

A few months ago I had a food tasting with my mom and now husband and was blown away by the portion size, the presentation, and of course the taste. The food was amazing. We had 200+ people at our wedding and they made it look easy. Everyone at my wedding said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Don’t walk, run to book them!

This review is long overdue, my wedding was in January but I haven’t stopped raving about them since then. It was time to take it to the internet! Truly cannot say enough good things about Sage. I worked with Cortney and she was beyond patient and helpful during the process. Everything wedding-related felt overwhelming to me and she was just wonderful. The food was INCREDIBLE! I’ve been to a lot of weddings over the years and truly couldn’t believe how delicious and perfectly cooked all of the food was when they’re preparing meals for 150 people. The cocktail hour options were numerous and every single morsel of food they put out was a hit! Don’t think twice!

Couldn’t be happier with our catering experience! Dana guided us on the planning months ahead and all of the overwhelming decisions along the way all while honoring our budget. We got countless compliments on our entrees and the service was amazing— from planning to set up, bartenders, cocktail hour apps and bar, dinner service and clean up. Cortney was our point person the day of and was so attentive and accommodating. I felt like I could enjoy my wedding day without having to give anything a second thought. Sage is comprised of true professionals and they worked seamlessly with my other vendors to make the day incredible!

Cannot say enough good things about Sage Catering. Courtney was such a professional and an amazing partner throughout our wedding planning process. Not only was the food and service amazing but they accommodated all of our requests, from hand stuffed blue cheese olives for dirty martinis to a champagne tower. Thank you guys for making our dream wedding a reality!

My husband and I loved Sage, they made our wedding day perfect and our guests could not get over how amazing and fresh the food was! We loved all 3 of our stations, especially the short rib! Cortney was incredible, I can not thank her enough for making this process so easy and she was there every step of the way even on the day of our wedding. We would highly recommend Sage for any wedding or event and hope to use them again in the future!

Sage Catering was amazing from start to finish. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. Leading up to the day the coordination was frequent and informative. The day of we had no surprises or missteps, from the bar service to the food. The food was just as amazing on our wedding day as it was at the tasting. I highly recommend Sage Catering.

We attended a wedding at Appleford on 21. April. 2022 and would like to commend the wait staff for their efficiency and professionalism. A special commendation to Andrew and Nicole whose special attention and personalities added to the pleasure of the experience. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Sage Catering was an excellent choice for our wedding at Appleford Estate! We got the opportunity to do a tasting in order to make our decision for catering and everything tasted amazing! We had no doubt with our decision. They have great options and even allowed us to play around when it came to dessert! The gelato bar was enjoyed by all guests! Staff were so attentive and helpful! The bartenders made great drinks. Please be sure that they know all drinks being served and use certain alcohol bottles first if needed. They set up everything how it should be and our day turned out perfect! Amanda was excellent and easy to work with and answered all questions I had. I really enjoyed working with her throughout this process and that says a lot because I was the bride. Thank you thank you thank you! We hope we can use you in any future events! I see our anniversary dinner in our future at Appleford Estate next year!

Sage was awesome! From start to finish, they made the catering process for our wedding seamless.

Dana was super responsive and professional and made the planning and menu selection process so easy! The staff were professional and one of them even kept an eye on my husband and I to make sure we 1. Got to have the cocktail food even when we were off taking pictures and 2.always had a drink in hand. It was incredible.

The food was delicious and served quickly. We're so glad we went with Sage for our wedding catering. Highly recommend!
