Went to Acl secondary to husband needing blood work. The girl who took my husband in made him repeat everything more than twice, some things were 3 and 4 times. Had the nerve to have attitude as to why he is even having blood work done! Very rude. First time at this ACL and it will be the last time.

Took my 7 year old son in for bloodwork. These girls were amazing! Keep him preoccupied and made it a breeze. Thank you

We were there at 9: 05 AM for a 10: 00 AM MRI appointment. Everyone was courteous and efficient. The MRI was complete and we walked out the door with the DVD in hand at 10: 15 AM. Thank you very much.

The women at the radiology part of this business are the rudest people I've ever come in contact with in a medical facility. They ask you a question and they want to cut you off when they think that they have enough information, they're very robotic, and have no compassion whatsoever. I wanted to ask them what I did to them by walking in there to have my CT scan and walking up to them to check in why they had to be so mean. There was one person that was very nice to me she helped my CT tech take my CT scan. She was in her 50s and was very nice the tech was very robotic and really didn't want to listen to what I had to say. I have anxiety about needles and x-rays and if it wasn't for the lady that was so nice to me I wouldn't have had my CT scan at all. That's the reason at this facility got a two star instead of a zero.
