I love coming here and I always get the same thing, it includes bacon and it used to be very good bacon but recently it's become very very hard, like almost like a rock and I broke a tooth biting into it to an unexpected rock like piece of bacon, whatever you did wrong, you guys need to fix it lol

I really like the Tivoli salad. But it wasn't the same this time. Not all drink options were available (iced tea and lemonade fountains were empty). And the rolls were not fresh.

I can not believe I was charged for a side of tortilla chips when I ordered a chicken tortilla soup.go figure! I was also charged $2.50 for an egg when I requested no cheese due to being lactose intolerant; seems to me it should have been an even swap. Bread I had to request was hard, so disappointing.

Good selection of foods to make your own custom salad with. Thank you Amanda for your service! She was working all alone, God bless her.

Refused to provide me with a cup for water, but instead required me to buy water in a plastic bottle.very environmentally unfriendly.

This store as well as the Bethlehem was a complete mess. Terrible to there employees. As far as the owner, Tara Ney-Smith, she was very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to manage a business. Would rip off customers and serve food pictured. Terrible business wouldn’t recommend working there either. Don’t spend your money at either locations. Go to the cedar crest location.

This place sucks big time. I’ve tried it before in Reading and had the same experience, super high prices for very mediocre food. The service was fine, nothing against the workers, but the food chain will never get my business ever again unless it’s the apocalypse and I’m starving and I have no other options.

Calista is the nicest employee I ever met. Seth has patience with all the customers. Thank you

The young lady there act like she had attitude. And I just love the way she balled up my wrap. Other than that the gentleman in the store if he was the manager was right on point Especially when you ask if I wanted the bacon taken off or start it out fresh again that was on the money I'm allergic to bacon wish they would have known it at Wendy's last week See you next time food was Great

Very expensive for what it is. The salad is great and the soup is excellent. It's definitely worth more than the average salad, but it's still a bit over the mark. If you don't mind the cost and are feeling green, this place is worth a visit.

We ordered salads here which were good on 8/22 in Whitehall for a late lunch. I got a Coke Zero. Upon opening and taking a sip, it tasted horrible and smelled like Indian food. Just smelled awful. We asked to swap out for another soda. The two young women working were extremely rude and unaccommodating. We paid for a soda that was undrinkable and ignored us/ stared us down as we left, stating they can’t do anything since it already was opened. Beyond bizarre customer service. Would love for a saladworks manager to reach out to me honestly.
