Everything was clean & the ingredients looked super great. Employees where friendly as well

Never had a bad experience. Fresh food and my favorite thing is that this location asks if you want your salad mixed for you, before serving it.

The place is disgusting and they only hire hoodrats. The one guy that served us was literally on his phone the entire time we spoke.

Decided to try salad works tonight when we realized there was still one near us. By far the most disappointing take out we've had in a long time. My salad had 3 pieces of "spring mix" and my sandwich had no meat on pieces of backwards facing bread. I now understand why so many have gone out of business. Will not be returning.

Tried this place again…staff was miserable and food was bad quality-lettuce was welting. Just not a good place.

Always built salads to order. If you don't get what you want, then you didn't speak up. Very accommodating to substitutions.

Horrible place to work I didn’t even get payed for my employment and it’s 6 months later. Apparently the ceos wife only gets paid $4.00 an hour and I get paid $0 an hour. Coming for you in court!

Dirty tables, poor service (staff talking on their cell phones while taking our order), annoying music, overpriced and mediocre food.

Awesome Customer Service and the salads are soooooo goood.
The soups taste like homemade. I recommend this place.

We attempted to visit the Lansdale, PA location this evening to discover that even though the sign says they close at 8pm the doors were locked prior to 7: 45pm. It's just frustrating that the store closes early with the employees standing there staring at you. If the store wanted to close at 7: 30pm so they can be out at 8pm that's fine. Just don't advertise that you are open until 8pm. It's beyond frustrating when you make a trip after work to specifically go to a restaurant you like for them to just decide to close early.

Portions are much smaller than they used to be; therefore, makes it not worth it considering the price and still hungry.

I think when you think of saladworks, you think of fresh, friendly and customizable salads.

None of these things served true to the lansdale location.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. There were two young ladies working the front. Neither seemed to be happy. I noticed the romaine to be wilted and brown. I continued to order.

Following my wait, two other patrons entered. Both inquired about the lettuce and both were told sternly “it’s not in season. That’s how it comes”. One lady left and the other ordered and complained the whole time. Said she wouldn’t be back.

I understand having bad or off days but I think management should really call a meeting with the staff. Figure out what’s going on because the service and food quality is just not there.

I ordered through Grubhub and realized I wanted to add another item so I called the store. The man I spoke to was very polite and friendly and helped me out. Also, the food was great and it was prepared on time! I highly recommend going here!
