Customer service is really horrible here. But the selection is great, I can find in this store anything I need.
Hours on the site do not reflect actual hours. Says they are open until 7, got here at 5 and they were closed.

Worst experience ever! They deserve zero start manager is so rude and other employee with the curly hair is so nasty sally should close down this location if they don’t have enough staff this employee are dragging sally reputation down! I hope sally corporate will take some action on it! Or close down this location! Sephora customer service is far batter I would recommend Sephora!
They didn't have anything I went for, The girls that were working were more interested in talking to each other about what they wanted to buy than help me.
Horrible customer service. They eliminated the club card which was fabulous. The store is a mess and now you have to pay for a bag. The staff does not have much experience in recommending proper products.
HORRIBLE! I've walked in and the chick was on her personal phone.she walks to the back to finish her call. I walk towards her cause I need help and she turns and walks further back.so I just walked out
Worse experience ever! The manager has no customer service at all and when she walked by me, I had to move or she would've bumped into me being 8 months pregnant. I've never had such a bad experience in Sally's like today. Not even a one star is deserved.
I stop into this Sally store weekly. Sometimes just to browse what's new, other times for something I need. It's always well- stocked and they have plenty of employees around to help you with questions or advice. Spending all weekend at a salon isn't for me, so I appreciate that the Sally store is stocked well enough I can take care of most needs at home.
