I needed to tone my hair they recommended the worst product ever and it made my hair like 5 different colors and turned my roots orange somehow? So I called the store the next day was not being rude at all didn’t even complain, I was just calling to try and figure out if I am able to dye my hair after that or if I have to wait a bit since it got even more messed up because I tried looking up the product faq online and couldn’t find anything. Lady on the phone was very abrupt seemed in a hurry and I sensed a bit of an attitude. Didn’t offer any suggestions and said: “well, I can’t see your hair so I don’t really know what to tell you” and that was it. I simply just asked her if using semi permanent dye would be ok. Then pretty much rushed me off the phone. This makes me not even want to ask questions since the workers just seem condescending towards people who don’t have as much knowledge about hair as them. I won’t be returning to this location. I’m very disappointed.
