Sally Beauty, Wilkes-Barre Township PA

I went in last week looking for toner to brighten my already bleached hair.an employee came over to help (super sweet by the way) and told me to pick my shade.she then picked out the developer i needed and told me exactly what to do.i bought what she picked out, followed her directions, and ended up with my roots a bright orange.now i’m sitting at a salon about to pay $160 to fix her mistake.

A bit pricey but they have great cosmetic products, they also sent you coupons in your email that help.

Very helpful and friendly. Seemed genuinely concerned with it satisfaction. Quick to greet is. Checked up on us. The place was clean and well stocked.

One of my favorite stores, I've never once had a bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely would recommend!

She takes the time to explain to each step on how to mix the hair dye, how to apply it and how long to leave it on. I continue to go to her because of her expertise and consistent dedication to her job.

Love this store and the huge selection of beauty products! The staff is extremely helpful, especially Cathy who definitely gives excellent advice. The sales and promos are awesome, keep the coupons coming!

Today I went in looking for the best things to use in my hair to dye it I spent only 40$ on everything I needed to dye it black and silver thanks Kathy and everyone else at Sally’s that helped me everyone’s loving my hair!

Years ago when i shopped here i was followed around like a hawk more than likely it was racial profiling they thought i was going to steal. However, for the last year or so I've continued to shop and it has been pleasant with the other girls but i would say kristen is amazing; she's so helpful and actually knows what she's talking about.happy to be a sally member thanks to her.

The customer service here is always friendly knowledgeable and pleasant. They always have great sales and promotions too. I love perusing the shelves for new products of all kinds. The staff at the Wilkes-Barre Twp.location gave all been there long term which I like because they are all so nice and helpful.

The staff here are total jerks. Accuse you of being impolite when you asked to be checked out when they are chitchating. Couldn't even point me in the direction of the hair product I needed, and lastly, wouldn't even check to see when they were getting they stock in on a product. Terrible service.

Nice products but the lady completely ruined my hair she gave me a bleach when i didn't ask for one now my hair is completely done

They don't have supplies for all types of hair. I didn't know that all women walked around with the same hair type, or do they just not care?
