Staff was friendly and very helpful, made finding the right item quite easy, the family loved it.

We received a gift of Sally's Flowers for our wedding anniversary from a friend. They were exceptionally beautiful. So much so that I ordered flowers from them as a gift for my wife for a special birthday. I was concerned that they would not be as beautiful as the anniversary gift we had received They were also incredibility beautiful. My wife loved them as did I. I ordered the flower delivery on line. I called to verify that the order was properly received. It was and they were delivered to Philadelphia early on the day of her birthday.

Sally's website was very easy to navigate and order flowers. Two family members ordered flowers for our Aunt's funeral. The flowers were beautiful. At first we thought there was an issue because no cards were attached to the arrangements at the church. I sent off an email and Sally responded back very quickly that cards were attached and she could have new ones delivered ASAP. What awesome customer service is that? ! Turns out the funeral director removed the cards that came with the arrangements and put them with all the Mass cards. I still don't understand why he did that as the family had no idea which arrangements were from who. I could not recommend Sally's enough, they did a wonderful job on the arrangements and the customer service is outstanding!

Always unique and long lasting arrangements.truly a lovely experience jyst to go into her shop.would not shop anywhere else for my flowers and giftie baskets.

This place SUCKS! They where supposed to deliver to another business 5 blocks away from Sally’s and it NEVER HAPPENED! And then they took it upon themselves to cancel the order for the next day to try and re deliver for their mistake!

Received a beautiful arrangement of white roses and hydrangeas in green glass container with pearls wrapped around it when my husband passed away on February 9th. The flowers are still gorgeous on my coffee table almost 2 weeks later. I plan to send this arrangement as gifts. It's so elegant!

In addition to having fresh and beautiful flowers, Sally's always captures the theme, atmosphere and mood for any event that they are a part of. Sally's does more than arrange beautifully, they provide the backdrop elements that complete your affair. Over many years and many events, including our annual dinner dance Sally always delivers gorgeous arrangements.

I tried to order a funeral/sympathy planter on Sally's website and was really disappointed that you cannot sort the selections by price or popularity, only by ascending/descending the name or SKU number. There is another option, simply ascending or descending, but it doesn't specify as to what it refers to. I wound up going FTD because I didn't have time to fool around figuring it out. The selection at Sally's did look nice, however.

Sally's was beyond supportive, friendly and helpful when I needed flowers for a funeral the same day in a snow storm! They are the best! Use them! Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and patience!

Went to buy sympathy flowers. The interior is nice. But the flowers they presented me were limp and dull. No thank you.
