Had my hair done by Lizzy, when I left the shop it was nice but when I got home I noticed all this glue on my face and ears. It was ridiculous like I paid 200 for what? It's all good because I'll never go back there again! Everyone walking around trying to be cute instead of being professional!

The stylist basically stole my unused braiding hair. I’m using the word stole b/c she didn’t tell me that I had left over hair, and I know that I did. (I wanted to see if she was going to be honest). Also, I asked for larger size braids and she made them skimpy. Thank God that I am very appreciative &was tired or else it could have been a problem. They're low key rachet and lazy young stylist/assistants, and think they’re better than the customers, but they have to remember not to judge everyone by looks, b/c the next person bag just might be bigger than theirs!

Very unprofessional. First took my 11yr old to get braids and one stylist didn't want to braid so they got an assistant to agree to do it and she was upset so I left. Tried to give them another chance and called about getting eyelashes done but the receptionist didn't even know if the person who do them were coming in. Then I called several hours later. She still wasn't in, and they don't know her schedule or her prices. Tried to support twice. Never again.

Had a braid appointment with Stylist Nira. StyledbyNira on instagram. She called to cancel the appointment 15 minutes before the appointment as I was on my way and has not refunded my deposit. DO NOT USE THIS STYLIST.

Beautiful salon long wait but great stylist Owner was very organized down to earth salon I laughed a lot here

Waited a very long time 10 hours to be exact even having an appointment that a booked a month prior. The hair style was beautiful however

Saw a picture of a style on a the stylist Ig page. Asked about the type of hair was told its available at the hair store down the street from the salon. When I get close to the salon I text the stylist and she then tells me the brand to get. I guess she didnt want to tell me before the appointment b/c she did want to lose money. I walk in the salon for the 1st rime and NO ONE asked if I needed help just stared at me. I then said I had an appointment with xyz. Some spoke up and said oh yoi sign there and she's back there. Keep in mind the stylist see and hears this and didn't say a word. How ghetto! The stylist NEVER introduced herself or asked anything about my hair. The shampoo and conditioner used was cheap stuff. Wasn't even professional salon products. Some stuff picked up at walmart. The shampoo girl did a good job on my hair. When it was my turn to get in the stylist called me over asked where I wanted the part and that was it. Never said a word until about the 4th time of her stopping walking away either outside or to sit down of her having to take a rest break. Hair was okay. I won't be back. I just wanted to get out of there ASAP

I only gave one star because u have to rate it. They don’t deserve a star. Its a nice salon beautifully decorated but the staff is horrible. This was my first time there My appt was @ 11 when I walked in no one told me anything so I went and sat down. The stylist I was waitin for had someone in the chair already but she was practically done wit her so I didn’t really say anything. She never came to greet me or let me no anything. After she finished the girls hair she then walked out to the store came back ten mins later then started another girls hair. At 1pm after I left the shop the stylist called me to tell me it was my turn to b washed n blow dried. I laughed and told her it’s ok I didn’t want her to do my hair.there’s no sort of professionalism and no time management. Worse experience ever

Worst hair I have ever purchased.bundles were extremely thin.it couldn’t have been 3-3.5 oz.hair shed so horribly and I even sealed the wefts. I only wore hair twice and threw it away.waste of money.

Lexyy does the best individual lashes ever.my lashes lasted for about 2 months they barely fell off and she’s fast and another plus was that none of my real lashes were lost.

Ashley was awesome and Sarah was a sweet heart. Down to earth shop. They're meticulous, so no rush jobs. Great hours for after work appointments. Not over priced like so many salons these days who charge for every petty thing that's really basic hair care. Haven't been in a shop that felt like a real salon in years. So impressed.

The owner of the salon really takes pride in ensuring that her customers are satisfied and I really admire that. I had an issue with one of her stylist and she immediately addressed the issue and acted in a professional manner. I will definitely come again. I wish more business owners tool pride in the way their customers are treated.
