Nichole is an excellent stylist. The pandemic has not changed a thing except everything including masks.

I came here after a botched hair cut (on my birthday, no less) and Lauren was amazing. She fixed my hair and made it look really nice. I’ve gone back to her several times since my bad haircut elsewhere. She always listens to what I want and gives really good tips to style my hair at home!

I have been going to Salon Fiber for so many years and have never had anything less than an amazing experience! Every person with whom I have encountered has been extremely professional, warm, friendly and of course knowledgeable! Cannot get any better than this! ️

Prior i have been searching for 4-5 years for someone to color correct my blonde, I naturally pull lots of brass and orange tones, and Devin has helped me achieve my perfect long lasting shade of blonde. She will also listen when you say “don’t cut the length just clean up”.

I needed to find a Phoenixville salon with a stylist who specializes in naturally curly hair. After online research, Nichole sounded perfect. Nichole spent time talking to me and gave me a fabulous cut. A few months later, I wanted highlights, but Nichole was booked! I scheduled with Devin and got the best highlights I had ever gotten. I am on a regular schedule with Nichole now and highly recommend Salon Fiber.

Nichole has been my stylist aka hair doctor for the last 5 years. She has made my hair healthy, strong and long after years of self-inflicted abuse from not using the right products and over styling. I highly recommend her & Salon Fiber!

I went to a different salon in Phoenixville and left with streaky roots and a bad bleach job. Devin was able to work me into her schedule quickly and correct my color. I am very happy with the results. Devin gave me exactly what I was looking for, a low maintaince root with a nice blend into blonde. Thank you!

I decided to this salon at a friends recommendation. I just had a balayage done at another salon and wasn't happy with how the color turned out. Everyone there is so nice and Kelly took my hair from red to a beautiful chocolate brown. I am so so happy how it turned out. I will only be going here from now on!

I was looking to get a Brazilian Blowout and was looking for a new place to try, since the last place I got one at I was not very impressed and that salon also went out of business. I decided to give the Blowout another try to make my thick frizzy hair more manageable over the summer. I came across Salon Fiber and was thrilled with the great price they offered and their convenience to my house. Kelly did my blowout and I LOVE the results. Everyone was very professional and Kelly was great and very friendly. I left loving the way my hair looked and four days and two washes later my hair is still super soft and straight, it's great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and look forward to going back for more Brazilian Blowouts in the future.

Good atmosphere in general. Nicole is a great stylist. The staff are not a bunch of phony snobs in here. Nicole does what I ask her to do. She is worth my time and money.

The salon itself had a nice atmosphere and all of the stylists and the receptionist were friendly and nice. I don't know why "HLD" and "Customer" considered them to be unprofessional. This was not my experience at all!
To be honest, though, I will not be going back simply because it was recommended to me that they knew how to deal with my specific and very unique type of hair, but they did not, in fact. I left with my hair looking terrible, however the other clients I saw while I was there all looked great, so I firmly believe they are a great salon, just not for super super curly hair.

Take it from someone who has been to more than 20 salons in her lifetime. Devin is amazing at what she does and will make you feel amazing after she's through with your hair. I highly recommend this Salon Fiber. It is very relaxed in there and you are greeted as soon as you walk through the door! Everyone has a smile on their face and just seems down to earth. Not uptight and uncomfortable.

I knew Lauren before she graduated (assisted my former stylist) and when I heard she was working at a salon near me, I had to go see her. She listens to what you want and can give you fantastic results. She is also very good at figuring out what you want if you are not sure.

The location is great, very clean, wonderful coloring and products, the staff is excellent (there is one girl who gives fantastic head massages! Wish I could remember her name) and it's so easy to schedule appointments - reminders can come in email too! Love that it is paperless (you can get a card if you are use to that).

This salon is the best! Devin and Nichole are great listeners, and go above and beyond to make my difficult, curly hair look great! Everyone at the salon is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! It's a great environment to have fun and yet relax while getting your hair done!
