My daughter's braids were beautiful. They weren't too tight and she was able to keep them in for a while. They even looked good after she washed her hair with them in.

Monica the energy you put out is the energy you receive. The first time I came I was quite satisfied with the customer service and the outcome of the hairstyle. I tipped you because I was very satisfied. Other appointments you were annoyed or seemed grumpy and had an attitude while doing my hair. I overlooked this because I thought maybe you’re just tired from having back to back appointments. I tried booking earlier now to avoid this and ur attitude was the same. You act like I’m begging and not a paying customer. You complain about not being tipped as if it’s mandatory or you know my pocket. Such entitlement. If you don’t like the hair I bring to use just say so but you chose to be extra rude today and you expect me to reward your poor service? Check your attitude, I was never rude to you. N since I’m banned kindly cancel my future appointments and refund me.

I’ve never been here but the fact that women with “dense hair” “thick” hair or long hair are up charged… it’s giving texturism.

I recommend, this is a great place to get your hair services. The atmosphere is calm and customer service is excellent. Ms. Pat re- twist my grandson hair and did a good job!

Tried to support a Black-woman owned business to get my hair cut and unfortunately experienced horrible customer service here. I will not be returning nor will anybody I know.

As a new client, Monica and her team made me feel welcome. She is very knowledgeable in her field and provided me with great tips on how to keep my hair healthy. I received the healthy hair restart service and I left very pleased with the look of my hair. This was my first pleasant experience in a Pittsburgh hair salon and I will definitely be returning for future services.

My girlfriend was so excited about this place which is an hour away from us. She wanted her natural curls to be shaped and get them colored. She found this place and sent me the info for a second opinion. I was excited for her because she has been talking about this process for years and finally found a place she thought would do the job. She procrastinated and I had booked the zoom consult last wee for her because he birthday is coming up in a week and wanted to get it done before then. She is a Social worker so her schedule is vigorous during the day. The consult was book then change twice in 15 min intervals where she could not attend due to her own appts. Then she schedule another today and then the stylist did a no show. Its not about the money because it not a lot I'm sure to what i would have paid for her hair getting done. Hopefully they process my refund correctly. I see others have had great experiences. I just wanted to share our experience. Thank you!
