Exceptional concrete service!

I had such a great experience working with Rich and his team to complete my backyard patio. I recommended their services to my parents and nearby close friends. I am so happy with my results. I had many options to choose from which allowed me to pick what design would match my home the best.

Once I accepted the proposal, my project was up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is looking for quality concrete work.

Rich was great. He came by to do an estimate to remove an existing wooden walkway and replace it with a concrete sidewalk. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. He provided good suggestions and a clear fair estimate for the work. He was on site multiple times to make sure all was good and I was satisfied. I highly recommend his company and would use them again.

If you need concrete work, look no further! Rich & Mark at Sam the Concrete Man were better than we could have ever hoped for! From start to finish, it was an awesome experience!

Backstory: My husband & I wanted to fix our basement entrance & turn our bilco doors into an actual staircase. We hired a different company at first who was a nightmare. He started digging up our patio & stopped when he realized the concrete was thicker than he thought. He walked off the job & left our patio crumbled! That’s when we called Sam the Concrete Man.

Mark came out within 2 days of reaching out to them. He listened to our ideas & gave us some of his. We met Rich a few days later when they came back to discuss changing the original blueprint that the prior contractor started. Their expertise really showed when they suggested a much more visually appealing & practical setup. They saw how unsafe our space was left by the first guy & made sure to start our job as quickly as possible! They could easily have been scared away by the mess they walked into, but instead were excited to take on the challenge!

Rich & Mark were very knowledgeable & encouraged us to ask any & all questions we had. We were all on the same page the whole time. They were always prompt & easy to get in touch with. Their communication with my family & I was a huge plus, as the last guy was impossible to get ahold of. These guys & their crew were completely professional. From start to finish, they took such good care of my home & cleaned up at the end of each day. I literally have not one complaint!

In the end, all I have to say is HIRE THIS COMPANY! You will NOT be disappointed!
