Samarpan Hindu Temple reviews
7The location is the only positive thing about it. Quite close to philly downtown. No parking - only street parking available. The place is also not that big.
I visited this temple on the regular monday Shiva Puja since Shiva is my favorite deity. It was not a regular experience where you pray to the Gods and get Prasad. At first I was clueless since it seemed to be a family affair with families seated around little tables, each of them had a Shiva Linga. They had brought all the necessary materials for the Puja too. But soon I was approached by two elders who told me that I was welcome to sit at one of the tables and they shared the Puja materials with me. For a South Indian, this Puja experience is very different since it's very devotional and musical. I had a great time doing the Abhishekam and later singing bhajans. I was also guided to the 'mahaprasad' at the end which wad a lovely spread of naan, puri, chole kheer, kadi and pakoras. On the whole the purpose of my visit was fulfilled and I had an unforgettable evening.
Lovely place that is very relaxing, providing a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The people here are very welcoming and it is a wonderful experience to attend!
A very nice Hindu/Jain Temple near Philadelphia. Visited few times in Jain program, prayers, puja, which always conducted very well and after served very nice, pure and fresh Indian Jain food made at kitchen inside Temple by the chef/cook of the temple. Nice experience each time. Heard about other nice religious programs, specially Navratri being organised here each year. Jay Mataji! Jay Jinendra! Michhami Dukkadam!
This the Hindu temple, you can also say as a Sanatam dharma temple, now u will think why I called as sanatam dharma temple.it has a reason Bc is it has all god n goddess in the same temple.u can do pooja or arrange the pooja.which can done by pandits or preist, etc
The temple has a divine energy with all facility well available, very helpful people & great food.
