Sam's Club, Allentown PA

Found everything I was looking for. Love the Scan and go ap. It makes checking out a breeze! I wish more stores had this.

First time ever ordering food online. Its great & so convenient. The problem is I ordered 6 lbs of bacon. When I got home 1 pkg was brown, spoiled, & expired! So needless to say my pups had a great meal! I definitely will not shop for food online, unless of course its cereal, non pershiable, etc. You must check meats, etc before you leave. I was trusting & checked to late. I feel safer getting my own food, so no more online food shopping for me! First & last time!

I didn't get anything because they had large packs of items I was interested but not in the flavors I wanted. I went to Redners and got what I really wanted.

It was clean, everything was being sanitized, fast checkout, the staff is very helpful, I also found everything I was looking for. Loved the store.

Spotless store, with good, not great product variety. Additional products would have warranted five stars.

The best thing Sam's club got correct is their APP specifically the scan and go option which makes shopping more convenient and hassle free. If you have a membership GET THE APP!

They appear to be in the middle of reorganizing most of the store (why?). Drinks aren't even in two areas but spread across half the store. Paper towels are not near the toilet paper and nowhere to be found. I hope this was a one-off.

Needed a battery and the assistant was very friendly and helpful, installed new battery for around $100 and I was on my way in about 30 minutes.

Essential items (water, gas, fruits and veggies, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc) available at great discounts.

The girls are so nice at the check. I forgot my Toilet paper and Paper towels.they some in the cart to put them. They went over there and got them for. That was so nice.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. SAVE LOTS OF MONEY BUYING HERE. LOVE THE CASH REWARDS ALSO. ALL THE FRUIT IS ALWAYS FRESH AND THE FOOD ALWAYS TASTES GREAT. PRICES ARE THE BEST AROUND.

Most of the employees have the worst customer service skills. No one says Thank you, no one says have a great day. The nicest one at the exit door is Georgette, the other employees look so miserable. I feel part of of getting hired should be teaching customers service skills

Great selection of products, from food to home decor, at affordable prices, and the customer service garners 5+ stars.

Great place to go grocery shopping, lots to choose from and cheap prices. I love to take my kids here to get free samples they love it. The only two downside about this store is that when doing a pick up order it takes forever for them to get you your order and half the employees are professional and the other half are like little kids.

Store has been reorganized nicely, recently. Their housekeeping has been better as well and it needed to be. Staff has been friendlier too, but have a long way to go to match Costco. Can still use a better selection of organic food.

Great bulk warehouse store, lots of options and a bonus is the variety of testers on the weekend which means free food!

The cafe's has three new items the pizza pretzel, bacon angus cheese burger, chilli cheese nacho. So far I love all of them even with aa drink the cost under $4.

Love all the perks of plus membership. Employees are always friendly and the store is well organized.
