Sam's Club, Pittsburgh PA

Cafe closes too early. Stopped for gas and a quick dinner and it was closed. Very disappointing

Went 7-6-21. They had not a single box of the regular sized spaghetti.or any spaghetti for that matter. There wasn't even an empty space for it. I asked an employee, who said "Well, we must be out. " 2nd time that occurred this year.
It's spaghetti, for Pete's sake.an American staple food.

Great place to go to buy in bulk! They do have a variety if things. Especially great if you have a business like a restaurant or are having a large party or gathering. Great also if you just have a large family. The store is clean and well kept. The employees are wonder. If you haven't checked it out yet.try it! Conveniently located right off interstate 279.

I go here all the time they always have what I need. I understand the ales /they don’t move the merchandise around as much as another Sam clubs.check out is easier— to great place to get in and get out

We visit this Sam's Club regularly, about once a week. It is always well organized, clean and stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. I had an awesome experience with Steff (sp?) in the bakery. My son's birthday, in February, was a space theme. I saw that you had taken most of the ideas in the book away. She said she would make him one.it was AMAZING! Everyone at the party commented on how nice the cake was.

Not only do you have to pay for the privilege of shopping there, only to be patted down like a criminal when you leave (a genius policy to keep place during a pandemic), the staff is lax and impatient. They do not answer their phone, and the whole thing seems designed to be as frustrating as possible for the customer. These are management and Corporate problems. Cashiers and attendants friendly (and probably underpaid.)

Friendly and helpful employees. Shopping was a breeze. Great prices on bulk merchandise. We rejoined the club.

Great place today sold out of fresh step cat litter oh well I hate tidy cat it's garbage compared to fresh step.

This one of my favorite clubs. Not crazy busy all the time. Great items. I always end up buying more than I go for because they have absolutely everything. The staff are always so polite. The soft pretzels are better than Auntie Anns and only $0.99. The best.

Sam's Club services are most helpful and people friendly to their customers. I was totally satisfied with what I bought and the employees with whom I was a customer.

I would just like to praise the young lady who checked us out today. She was very pleasant, while being professional at the same time. Her attention to detail and personality made today's visit very enjoyable. Her name was Nakia.

I hate that I have to prove that i am not a thief when leaving the store every time, it's insulting.

Great deals and short lines today at checkout! Although I spent several hundred more than I planned.

Called to buy tries for 3 cars and an SUV. When I asked about an appointment I was told that they get really busy on the weekend and they could not help me. When I asked about other times I was told to go elsewhere. The manager the weekend before was very helpful and then I get this treatment from someone else. I will not be renewing my membership.

Horrible service from the kiosk servers. I didn't even want to eat whatever they were cooking and this lady yell's out "IT WON'T BE READY FOR A WHILE! " I would not want to buy anything that she was trying to promote. Another lady at the jello kiosk didn't make eye contact, no smile, again, why would a store want people with the worst attitude serving customers? Seriously find a job where no customers have to put up with your attitude.

Good experience. Price is on the low compared to other food store. Draw back is you may need to buy more than you need of each item.
