Sam's Club, Washington PA

Fresh department horribly ran management isn't engaged with the employees enough. Wish I could have put zero stars

Had excellent hearing test and bought overdue hearing aids from Michelle. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Been there for years.

I love the value at Sam's club. Today however I was very disappointed by the behavior of a employee who refused to help a customer.

I really like this Sam's club. Always clean and the sales staff friendly. It is laid out fairly good and plenty of space to shop around.

Organized and well stocked. Clean and consistent. Difficult to get in and out of at times due to traffic flow and other businesses. Hours of operation very depending on your membership level.

I went to buy meat for my son's family freezer. The store was well stocked and now their freezer is, too!

I love Sam's Club. Although have to buy in bulk, great to store and have on hand. Bought toilet paper and paper towels as don't want to be without with Covid-19 and shortages that have occurred.

I go there at least 3 times a week! Great, feiendly staff, only problem Is they are always running out of carts- if I have someone spending money at my business, I'd have them ready

They have been consistent in trying to keep the store stocked. Today I finally was able to buy paper towels because they are stocked.

Crazy people work here, work only racists, they say delivery only by appointment, but when the Americans come they unload without appointment!

I’ve been trying to call there for 30 minutes and have received no answer at several departments including the front desk.

Its Lent. No big cans of tuna. In fact i haven't seen It there for a very long time. It has a 5 year shelf life. That's YEARS, not weeks. Why aren't they carrying tuna? Our store makes tuna salad to sell & to make sandwiches out of. If you truely ARE in business for small business, then carry what we buy.

Well the lines tend to be a bit crazy and the Scan & Go app that would save you loads of time only works half the time so.

Was very pleased with the abundance of items in the store, bought the last 2 boxes of breaded Climari, hope they get more, their had to find.

THE SCAN AND GO APP IS AWESOME. YOU SHOP, YOU SCAN, YOU PAY. NO WAITING IN LINES AND YOU SHOW YOUR PAID AT THE DOOR THEY SCAN IN THERE SCANNER THAT YOU PAID AND YOUR OUT THE DOOR. SO MUCH FASTER AND A WHOLE LOT NICER NO MORE LINES OR UNHAPPY KIDS. JUST THINK AT THE HOLIDAYS HOW NICE THIS WILL BE AND WHAT A TIME SAVER SO YOU CAN GET TO OTHER STORES TO SHOP AT. I LOVE IT.

You have to check the prices at Walmart before shopping. Sometimes the prices are lower and you don't have to pay for a membership

Needs a fitting room! It would be super nice if they had a fitting room to try on clothes! Excellent meat section

Love to shop there, don't get there often as I want. Buy almost all of my meat there, nice choices and great prices.

Great place to shop. Big bulk. Toilet paper paper towels napkins etc. Prepared dinners. Great snack bar. Hot dogs pizza sushi. Slushies fountain drinks.

Last night my husband and I got in line and preceded to wait 20 minutes in line. There was a problem with someone items during check out to the point where the manager came over to assist after that she went over to someone else in another line and checked out their items for them on her pen pad rather than coming to us, the people who waited in line for 20 minutes. It was frustrating, every time I tried to say something to her she walked away.
