Sam's Club, Temple PA

Good selection of products. Some staff are nice but the front end staff are very ignorant and rude. They spend more time talking and messing around which leads to the long wait time in line. I get cakes there for every birthday for my family as the price is cheap and the taste is great but, twice I've gotten a two tier cake for two sweet sixteen parties and both times the cakes looked like they were leaning and the flowers weren't place on the cake properly, making it look messy. Over all, an ok store to shop at.

Love the variety of items. Love that you find stuff in bulk for a good price. Best rotisserie chicken and barbecue ribs.

Clean store and well stocked. Friendly service. Fast snack bar. My only complaint is the lack of area to push your carts in front of the building parallel without being in the driveway which is always crazy busy with fast driving people.

I bought variety pack of Herr’s potato chips 42 count and it lies about what is included in the box. Does not contain 8 varieties as advertised!

We use the order pickup method for most of our purchases.it is convenient and easy with less physical exertion when disabled.

Computers were having trouble, but I’m sure it was just due to the storm we been having lately. Customer service was great, rude customers lol. Food at food station was good pizza and hotdogs were on point.

The Reading Sam's Club is one of my favorite places to shop, especially with the Scan 'n Go app. The staff is friendly, the rotisserie chicken is AMAZING, and the produce is kept after and fresh.

Surprisingly it was not busy. Lines at checkout was short. Line at food counter very short. This was our fastest trip yet.

Recently we installed tires. Lucas the manager is a great person who accommodate our requests the guys on main phone line are useless and he no idea on how store operates.

Trucks waiting hours due to this problem

I got my $70 membership on Sam’s 40th birthday. When I went to shop that week my mother and I tried asking for help and a lot of the co-workers were very short with us. I don’t care to much about that because we found a lot of things we liked. When we were checking out this young lady that was working was just watching my mom and I struggled trying to figure out how to even start the checkout machine. When we’re finally we’re all done I spent a rough 10 minutes trying to figure out where to even put my money. I kept looking back at this lady in hopes she would just finally do her job and help us. I finally gave up and just asked her for her to reply with that machine doesn’t take cash. I instantly got so overwhelmed and frustrated I just paid with my card walked over to the service desk and returned my membership. It was a terrible customer service experience. They have amazing deals they just have to rethink who they put on as for customer service.

Bought a shed. Said they had 3. Then told had none. Sold me the display for a discount and appreciated that. BUT when I went to pick it up they had sold it to someone else!

Waited an hour for my ice cream sundae had to walk out it's a mess in there don't go

As always sams has more than what I want or need an I end up always getting more than I went for lol.
