Sam's Club, Dickson City PA

I don't like the way they have rearranged the store. It also seems that Sam's no longer has business hours for business (owners) hours. You have to be a plus member to get in before 10 am.

Every time I come here it seems like the rules are different. Today we're insultingly asked to unload the cart. It seems like every single time there's a differenc set over rules at checkout

Ignorant rent-a-cop at the door and almost everything on my order was out of stock. I’ll pass from now on.

It's not a specific location review but the fact you can scan and go is awesome especially when you have a whole family in tow with you.

Nice place, shop here often. Complained to staff about shoppers parking in the loading zone while shopping, tying up the loading area for long periods of time, and didn't get much of a response. It's a shame that people aren't smart enough not to do this and have to be told.

Very disappointed! Mystic Chai not sold there anymore, or out. It's a hunt to buy it there, and very disappointing not to have it. We buy it by the case/cases. ;/

Very clean store excellent staff and I love trying free samples through out the store cause many times I get to try something that I probably would've never try and sometimes I like them.

Went there a 10 am today. Picked up a few items went to check out. There computer system died. No one could check out.waited 45 minutes still down. Walked out. Went back at 2 pm asked the door lady is it working? She said some registers are, but not all. UNACCEPTABLE Who is being fired or at least demoted for this!

They don't seem to have the great deals like they did in the past. Their customer service is also now terrible. For the first time in over two decades I am debating weither or not I am going to renew my membership.

Robbie went above and beyond to help us find an air mattress. She was pleasent and very customer service oriented. Samantha was also very customer friendly. We enjoy shopping at this Sam's. It is clean, uncluterred and the customer service is outstanding

Even though it was busy today; the wide aisles, large carts, and self check-out, made our in and out stop quick and easy.

Wonderful store. The lady that works in produce is very helpful. The check out will allow you to know to items in the basket and check out from there. Makes it easier for the customer.

Too many items that I buy are no longer carried in the store. Have to get elsewhere like B J 's

The scan and go app is terrific! The step by step instructions for using the app were sparse and inadequate, but the service lady at the exit was helpful and patient. Great innovation, Sam's Club!

Always great cashiers, customer service only had 1 worker and she was swamped. She handled it very well, but I felt bad for her. Great job Kaycee!

Tire service center at the Dickson city/scranton Sam's club location is terrible people are very nasty have no respect for you or your property and are confrontational if you don't like it, I highly suggest going elsewhere maybe try Wilkes Barre center
