Sandra Beauty Salon, Stroudsburg PA

After going to Sandra for my highlights, I noticed that my hair looks much healthier. The customer service at her salon is amazing, and she is able to provide great advice on what is best for my hair. The products she uses, such as Olaplex, WIU, and Moroccanoil, are of very high quality. Also she have extention available for any special events.

Sandra is extremely talented and a hard worker is an understatement. She runs that place basically by herself and does a great job. There’s never really a long wait, her pricing is amazingly fair and I always make sure to leave her a very generous tip because I’ve walked out twice with such amazing results and have received nothing but compliments. I do balayage with her and it’s just beautiful work. I plan on scheduling with her again this month and I can’t wait. Wonder place and comfortable as well. They offer tea on china sets, water, snacks, etc.the place is very nicely decorated and I am so glad I found this place. I don’t think she works on my hair type too much but she did great and I pretty much only trust her right now! Highly recommend!

Great. Sandra and her staff are super nice! Very clean and nice salon. I did a wash & set (blow out and flat iron) and my hair came out AMAZING. Smooth and straight (I have curly hair). I will definitely return. Oh and I was a walk in client today and they took me right away no issue which was nice. I am so happy I found a salon in this area!

I typically never write reviews on here but, I feel absolutely compelled to write this review to explain the AWFUL service I received yesterday! Upon arrival I received an attitude for arriving a few minutes late. While getting my hair shampooed the Assistant was very rough shampooing and detangling. After being done with shampooing or so I thought, the owner proceeds to tell her Assistant that “my scalp is full of oil but it’s going to have to stay that way”. The assistant (thinking I don’t know Spanish) proceeds to say “it’s not my fault her hair is weird”. Thankfully I know Spanish and asked the owner how my hair was going to turn out if my scalp is so oily? The owner then tells the assistant to shampoo my scalp again and the assistant was so rough and rushed she even sprayed water on my face. I have never felt so disrespected and rushed at a salon. My hair turned out ok, but while doing my hair the owner kept making snide remarks, such as “your ends are so dry and your hair gets so tangled”. She did not offer any suggestions to remedy her remarks. I was also overcharged for the service I received. My stylist does a better job and charges less. I honestly would have walked out if I didn’t have an important event to go to and my stylist wasn’t closed. Please DO NOT waste your hard earned money here! I would give zero stars if I could!

She's the only lady in PA that I know of who can deal with coily and curly hair. My wash and blowouts can last through humid days from here

My first time there and I live it.staff are great, great atmosphere. Wonderful experience and my new plce for my hair.satisfied

Awesome. I’m a single guy. Raising two girls. One a beautiful mixed princess. These nice ladies took awesome care of my two babies. Full service. Making them feel like the princesses they are. Will be my go to hair salon for my princesses. No doubt.

Sandra is amazing! I have been struggling to find a good hairdresser out here for 8 years! Everyone has destroyed my hair until now. She was welcoming and sweet. The salon is beautiful. I haven’t had this amazing of a haircut in years! Finally someone who knows how to cut and layer hair. I was also a hairdresser and Sandra is just the best in the Poconos for sure. I will never go to anyone else. You have a client for life. Thank you for making me feel like myself again and my hair has never looked better! Gracias por todo! See you soon

This was my first time going to this salon, because generally where I live, the salons are not familiar nor properly equipped to deal with my curly hair. Sandra's salon is familiar and can certainly relate to my hair texture. For that reason I provided a 5 star rating. Additionally, Sandra's hospitality, attentiveness and courtesy was what I expect and appreciated as a patron. I have every intention of returning. Thank you Sandra!
