Cozy, Convenient, Clean! Acess to the T line is amazing! Nice restaurant within walking distance! Also, the property manager, Ericka, is super easy to deal with! A great place to live!

My wife and I rented with Lobos for four years and it was a wonderful experience, especially once Ericka took over as our landlord in 2018. Ericka is very personable and you can tell she puts in a lot of hard work to make her tenants happy. The Sandy Creek apartments are great. They are a walking distance to the T and within 2 miles from giant eagle, Walmart and several good restaurants. They are big, spacious apartments for a great value.

Ericka, the landlord, had done an excellent job keeping up with meeting the needs of tenants. She has helped me several times when I misplaced my keys, and was quick to rectify any problems at my apt. The staff is quick to answer housecalls and get things done. Ericka just recently got our parking lot paved to remove those annoying potholes. Nice place to live.

We've rented at the Berkshire apartments for 3 years, and Ericka has always been very helpful and super responsive to any issues or questions we've had. We would definitely recommend renting here.

I’ve been at Sandy Creek apartments for almost a year now and I honestly love it. Easy access to the trolley line, plenty of parking so residents don’t have to park far away or fight for spots, and I love the interior of my apartment. It’s definitely the nicest one I’ve ever rented. Not to mention if anything breaks or stops working, it’s so easy to contact maintenance to come out and fix it. Everyone in the leasing office is nice and helpful, I spoke with Ericka about renewing my lease and she made it the simplest thing.

I've lived in Berkshire Apartments for 5 years and have nothing but good things to stay about the entire experience! The apartments are close to everything you'll need while living there. Grocery stores, restaurants, and South Park are only a stone's throw away. My landlord, Ericka, has been fantastic throughout my stay! She is extremely personable and was very attentive to any issues that arose. I will truly miss being at Berkshire Apartments and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to stay!

A couple of weeks ago Amy came over to our complex and assisted several of us getting set up for the new washer and dryer. It would have been very hard to have done this over the phone. So, I greatly appreciate Amy's assistance.

Ericka has been great. I’ve lived in the Berkshire Apartments for over three years now and any time I have an issue she’s been super responsive. No real complaints about the location itself either.

I have lived at Sandy Creek for going on 3 years and I have had nothing but good experiences. My landlord, Ericka, is attentive to any issues, questions, or needs I may have when they arise and she always responds quickly any time I reach out. She is personable and really gets to know her tenants. When I have required maintenance (which has only been a few times) they respond promptly and resolve whatever the issue has been. The online portal makes paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and renewing my lease very easy. I have loved my time at Sandy Creek and have no intentions of moving out in the near future

I moved into Sandy Creek in September. Ericka made it possible for a new kitchen and flooring to be installed within 3 days for me to move into a beautiful, updated apartment that has everything I need including central heat and air!

I have lived at Sandy Creek for 3 years now and I have to say it is a very safe and quite place. Any maintenance request I have submitted is resolved promptly and they always show up with a smile on their face. Lobos Management has an online portal that I use to pay rent and put in maintenance requests which makes my life so much easier! Ericka and Justin have been a great help as well as the rest of the staff!

I have lived at Sandy Creek for a year now and just renewed my lease and Ericka had my carpets professionally cleaned for me! I love how there is laundry in each building and the trolley is right around the corner. This is a great apartment that is priced perfectly in Bethel Park.
