I had to go into the branch today to get somethings changed on my account and Jabari was super helpful. He made the whole process super quick and easy and didn’t even mind that my two year old asked him for a million taffy’s the whole time.

I have been with this bank or version of it for 25 years. I am normally paid in cash so I make frequent visits for deposits and normally every one is personal and friendly. I had the worst service experience, not from the teller working with me, but her rude co worker. This man was, white middle age thin with a small built. Not that this matter just in case he ever serves you.
He had finished a call “ helping “ another customer on the phone, then turns around trying to interact with the teller serving me to gossip about that person business mocking them for their questions. It was completely unprofessional to the point of being uncomfortable.

Such a nice bank.staff is always friendly and very helpful.

The experience itself wasn't a bad one the one star is for the terrible attitude that everyone had I felt like every time I looked around me I was getting shot a dirty look by the workers. Not cool.
