Definitely the worst bank I’ve ever been to hands down. They offer you no help and don’t seem very knowledgeable as they are googling what to do on their phones when I’m sitting in front of them watching.

There hours make zero sense for any person who works 1st shift. Mon-Wed they close at 4 and Thursday and Friday they close at 5. Santander, closing my account tomorrow.
