Santucci's Original Square Pizza Fairless Hills reviews
16This is not the same pizza as Santuccis Woodhaven! Not even remotely close. The crust was so chewy my jaw hurts from eating. My guest didn't even finish one slice. Complete waste of money. The staff was pleasant though and it's very clean inside.
This is no longer Joe Santuccis pizza. Super disappointed, the sauce is different and pizza tastes totally different. Went from the best in the area to average. Have to go to woodhaven road now to get the real thing.
A tasty Detroit style pizza with the cheese on the bottom and the sauce on top. I know that this is a franchise pizza joint, but it is miles better than Little Caesars, Domino's, Pizza Hut etc. The staff at the Fairless Hills location is awesome
Food was amazing. Service was great definitely give a lot of credit to the girls that work with all the customers!
I'm not sure what is going on, not sure if its under new management or not enough help or lack of training? ! Something as simple as (PLEASE DONT BURN MY $20.00 PIZZA) Because the crust gets to hard. And yet a 55.00 order comes with burnt pizza? They asked me if I wanted it UNDER DONE? When I asked them not to burn the food? Very confused.and always only one delivery driver? It takes over an hour more towards an hour and a half for the food because of only one delivery driver. It's so disappointing because we love Joe Santucci's.we may have to look elsewhere if things as simple as making a pizza don't improve. Thank you
Pizza was great, reminds me of my old days in South Philly! Ordered for a party…Pizza’s, fries, chicken parm sandwich, meatball sandwich. Everyone was very happy
The food is so so. The two girl who works there needs lesson in customer service. The place also stinks.
Save your money. Churned up, spongy, boneless wings. Dense, bready pizza. All food was somehow cold. Overall, overpriced and low quality food. Would not recommend.
Just picked up the pizza and fries from this location. We knew something changed from the previous owner since the fries were absolutely horrible. This location changed hands recently and boy does it show in the food.
The pizza didn't taste the same and the fries were totally different. I would always go there for the fries but I guess the new owner didn't want to keep anything the same so he changed the recipes. Probably buying cheaper fries to save money.
Hope they survive but I will never go back there as I am sure many customers will learn of the same experience.
I can never figure out why new owners think they need to make changes when the old ways worked.
According the the employee as of Thursday it charged from joe santuccis to original santuccis so they aren’t honoring any rewards points even if they were just received. So just screw the current customers who earned rewards. Pretty disappointed since it’s not exactly cheap and $15 off is pretty significant when you’re ordering several pies.
Recently went to Santuccis and had an awesome experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. I look forward to many more visits.
In exactly 1 week the food looked similar, but tasted nothing like the week before. They said they were rebranding. They need to not fix what wasn't broken.
The pizza isn’t the same anymore. This used to be favorite place, they changed it. It’s no longer good.
Pretty disappointed with my food. I have been going to santuccis for years now. I learned this afternoon, there are new owners. Kudos to you. But My pizza was extremely undercooked, and didn’t realize it until I got home. Wasn’t worth the drive back. The pizza is just not the same, along with the customer service. Hopefully there is a turn around because this location was always my favorite
Nice spot for a quick lunch. Not a sit-down type place, more a quick order & go, but they do sell by the slice, so that's convenient.
I think they used to do an event called Pizza Palooza & always did well there in competition to other pizza shops from a large audience event, so that always says a lot in my mind.
Surprised to see any negative reviews. I’ve always had a great experience with this place. The food is always great! The staff is very polite and patient, and they go above and beyond! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a change of pace ordering out. No pizza around like theirs!
