Sardis Pollo A La Brasa Philadelphia reviews
23Chicken is cooked well, a bit more seasoning than I want even after 4 years. I still eat here when I look for different chicken flavors. Prices are still reasonable. Still love Yuca fries (be aware that it has higher glycemic index than potato). Grilled veggies were fantastic. Arroz Chaufa was missing some ingredients, hopefully it was one time thing.
The food was amazing, but the customer service was horrible. The woman working the counter, and the one handling the food were rude. If it wasn’t for them both, this would be a five star review.
I came to the city for business, was hungry and decided to stop here for lunch. My first time. Service was good.the food.even better. Wow amazing. Best chicken I’ve had in a long time. Great price too, they give you your money’s worth of food and are generous with the green sauce which is my fave! I love it! I can’t wait to come back. I’m sad I live an hour away. Best accidental stop at a restaurant ever! You have to try it.
The food here is delicious and fulfilling. The sides taste good.desserts are home made and taste excellent. I always order a chicken platter. The roasted chicken has a great grilled flavor to it. Also, they really load up your plate here. Always enough for another meal-at a very reasonable price.
I'm so glad I found this place!
Excellent chicken and sides. The sauces are good too. The line speaks for itself though. Very popular for good reason
Had to wait 30min for my order, patrons who came in after me still got their orders before me, when my order was ready I got no apology, no free side or free piece of chicken, no nothing, just a "your order is ready".
I'd like to rate it zero stars if I could. It's a chain which was fine and was willing to try it out. Ordered Lomo Saltado which was ok meat was a little gummy- Yuca fries were VERY dry and Bean and Cheese Pupusa [ they were out of. ] girl at check out was smacking her gum. Rude much? We dined in and food was brought to our table. Tryed it once wont go back.
I enjoy coming here for the 1/2 chicken w/rice and plantains along with sauces to dip the chicken in.
Service is typical pretty quick and I've never had any problems.
Best Chicken in Philadelphia Area. Sides are great. Staff is Friendly.you've gotta try the Pasusas. AMAZING!
Sardis offers a wonderful range of flavor. The full menu has everything from empanadas to whole chicken meals. On the money scale I'd say it's "$$”. The portions are very decent. Depending on what is ordered the setup is cafeteria style. The Inca burrito and burrito bowl are so delicious. The food is always fresh and the service is fast. This establishment does accept debit/credit.
A friend of mine brought me a platter from here today and it was so good. This was my first time having Sardi's and Wooooow! Grilled Salmon over a bed of Jasmine rice and sauteed string bean. It was delicious! He then had the audacity to get me a slice of heavenly chocolate mousse cake! Omg! He was so sweet because he also brought me a dozen roses. So this is a review for him and Sardi's lol! Excellent for both!
Good food but very busy. Be prepared to wait even when your place your order prior detour arriva5.
First time ever here. It''s a little pricey for lunch but the food is excellent and the flavors are unique to this area. There's no other place like it. Lunch for two was $30. But they do have a bargain menu that we didn't use.
The food was fresh! I got the pork wings, chicken, rice and plantains. Quality food and large portions. Worth traveling to!
It's one of the few Peruvian restaurants in the area. I like their rotisserie chicken, lamb chops and the lomo saltado which is really good!
One of my favorite places to eat. Very clean and great food. The Yuca is at times a bit overcooked but other than that the staff, the food and their bathrooms are consistently good.
I ordered though door dash and the food arrived so fresh and delicious. I’m tempted to order again today.
Great south American food. I was there with someone from Columbia and she loved it, so you know it's good. Chicken had a ton of flavor. Would go back.
The chicken is perfectly seasoned and very juicy. Need some additional sides, but the chaufa and black beans are really good.
Just had it for the first time today. Had the Carnitas. And the guy who brought us out our food was very nice and willing to help if we needed anything. I’ll be going back again soon!
