We were there looking at RV they were able to answer all the questions and they do the work themselves. They do RV repairs they are very good.

Just got back from purchasing a 2015 Volkswagen Golf TDI and drove 550+ miles home with it. Turned into a fun little trip for the family. Flawless car buying experience. After emailing them back and forth for a week they had the car waiting and ready to go when I got there. Brad was super friendly and easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! One of the most, if not the most, pleasant car buying experiences that I've ever had.

Very easy to work with. My car had to be towed and got the diagnosis quickly. They worked on it as quickly as they could along with service appts.they already had on the schedule.

Wonderful people. The owner there is the nicest man you will ever meet! He gave us recommendations in food and places to visit in the area. They have gas and diesel. They also sell ethanol Free gas and Race Gas too! I'll definitely go back there.

Just bought a new (to us) Mini-Van at Sauder Motors and it was truly a great experience! Andy was a huge help to us the first time we visited and Daryn was great to work with on our return trips. There was no pressure whatsoever and we felt that they were simply interested in getting us into the vehicle that suited us best. Buying a car can be a dreadful experience, but the crew at Sauder Motors (including Ethan!) made it very enjoyable.

I have now used Sauder for mechanical work twice, and they are fantastic! They're upstanding and honest and the quality of their work is fantastic. My car failed inspection and they actually walked me around the car to show me the issues, unlike other places that will just rattle off a list of things that need done and you just have to take their word on it. I will definitely take any vehicle I own to Sauder, as long as I'm living in Lancaster County.
