Save-A-Lot, Philadelphia PA

Probably around 6: 20 hoping to purchase dinner from my family so I decided on T-bone steaks well I got a family pack which was $20 and then I got two singles which one around $15 I get home to find that I had three and a half T Bones in one package and the other package have the correct amount but both packs of steaks with brown underneath when I return to the store the manager never apologized he just took the bag out of my hand refunded my money I found it very appalling after having my dinner ruined not to even get an apologize an apology from your location this is not the first time that this is happened with the brown meat that I could be a mean person and post it all over the internet that I will not do that because this is my store near my neighborhood but I would really appreciate it fresher product I'm one day really complain but when you spend that type of money on me you expect quality so now I have no dinner for this evening and yes I would like to hear something from either whatever it is that you guys use

Horrible shoppi g experience. Lines are always too long and the cashiers don't seem to move fast knowing the lines are down the aisles

This is an last minute stop shop. I don't usually get anything but sugar or milk from this place. Don't trust the produce or meats from this or any save a lot. Usually they don't have enough people working here so expect to wait in a long line, and yes line not long lines. They usually have one cashier open, if it is really, really, really busy then they might have two lines open. Also this place usually looks dirty too.

Nice employee's definitely. Do not buy my meats from here. Steer clear from the "buy 1 get 1 1/2 off" meats. Produce seems to go bad quickly, at least the day after you bring them home. There's ALWAYS ONE cash register open with at least 2 or 3 employees close by just watching the line turn into 7-8-9 customers and then decide to help. Went yesterday to get 7 cans of formula through WIC for my baby and was only presented with the 4 cans they had left. On receipt, it's printed that formula expires 1-31-2018, less than a month from purchase. Found that odd.

The food is the same customer service sucks real bad.if I can give it to zero Stars I would. And the women security guards are off the chain. I had one get in my face one day at the Castor Avenue Save-A-Lot. Told the cashier not to serve me because they opened up a new line. I got in the line and I was first. It was crazy I can go on about it but no need. Prices change drastically High. You a store that has 7 counters 30 customers and one line open.
